That if they pay for the whole experience then they should get the whole experience. We did not get to see the garden as it was closed.

Upon reviewing your booking, we found that your tickets were flexible and remained valid for a month, allowing you to visit the included attractions at any time within the validity period. Please note that temporary closures or maintenance of specific areas are managed by the attraction and are unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and hope you still had the opportunity to enjoy the other experiences included with your ticket.
Lots of walking but well worth it!!! Beautiful flowers all over and amazing creations of animals. It’s also nice and cool in both the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. Lots of souvenirs to choose from in the gift shop and great restaurants to choose from on top of the Starbucks on location. Highly recommended!!!

An awesome experience! The flower dome had exquisite flowers 💐. Very therapeutic! The Supertree observatory had amazing views.

Is recommended exactly in bad weather there always under roof. Especially the 35m high waterfall.

There is a lot of walking involved . If using the Metro, Bayfront station is the closest as there is a shuttle service which you have to pay for which takes you to the main hub.
DO NOT BUY. Yo Tours is headquartered outside of Singapore and if you order a same day ticket, they will be unable to get it to you in a timely manner. If you value your time and beating the crowds, order from Klook or another operator that can get you the tickets immediately. We were short on time (like many travelers) and because the tickets were late, we were unable to use them and had to buy from another operator (Klook). They also would not give us a refund. STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM YO TOURS. The Gardens themselves are lovely. Cloud forest is magical and the Flower Dome was all done up for Chinese New Year. Buy from a different operator than Yo Tours. Viator should shut this vendor down.
Great place to visit as caters for a range of ages. Options for what you want to see and can choose shuttle bus if want. Flexible ticket allows to do activities in any order and come back later in the day.
