Great activity in Playa del Carmen

Fantastic tour! Great variety of activities, awesome guide (Ivan) and driver (Cesar), and fantastic food for lunch w plenty of vegetarian options. Would highly recommend. My only critique is the the guide we were paired with at Tulum wasn’t the best. His English was hard to understand, and it didn’t help that he kept switching back and forth with Spanish. Would have rathered walk around on my own and ask Chat GPT questions.

An amazing day out

We had a great time visiting Tulum/Akumal and the cenote! The pick up was easy and on time from our hotel. It was quite a long trip in the morning, particularly as we had to drop a couple off at Akumal then go to Tulum. It would have been good to have got to Tulum earlier due to the heat. The guide at Tulum was great and very knowledgeable. It was very hot (I know it’s July) but we were provided water by the guide which was very helpful as you cannot take disposable water bottles in. We were hear about 2 hours which felt enough. Akumal was busy but well managed. I’m pleased they are conscientious about the turtles well being (we have been on trips in other countries where this is not the case). The guides there ensured we stayed a good distance away, gave breathing space for the turtle and limited the time we watched the turtle for. Bear in mind there is no suncream here, even reef safe cream, so I would recommend swim shirt if you burn easily. For us the real highlight for us was the cenote! This was an underground maze of caves we swam partially through. The stalagmites, stalactites and bats were incredible to see. The guide was great here and we got plenty of time to swim. The food here was also good! Overall, we had an amazing day out and would recommend booking this tour.

Memorable memories

The guide Israel Camas and our driver Luis Lucho are exceptional professionals, passionate about their work, excellent communicators, and lovers of their culture. Which they transmit and share with great generosity. We only have words of gratitude for inviting us to experience such memorable moments. I hope our paths cross again. Thank you!

Great day!

Great day! Great guide! We had a lot of fun. Cenote is probably not for younger kiddos as it’s in a cave and a little scary for some, but great for those a bit adventuresome! Our guide at the Tulum ruins was extremely knowledgeable and informative.

10/10 Recommend! Worth the Money!

The experience was incredible. We have been having issues with our resort so it was so nice to have competent guides. Ivan and Federico were great. They were nice enough to find and stop for my cousin when she needed to use the bathroom after another bathroom was out of order. Luis at the Ruins was an informative tour guide. Ivan was a great guide through the cenote. The food we had for lunch was also good. Reuben and Ana at the Turtle Snorkeling were also great. They helped us find so many turtles. They also helped my other cousin, who has difficulty swimming, by swimming with her and giving her a great experience. Overall, would highly recommend!

Maya ruins, cenote, and turtles.

Unforgettable experience, Pedro is a wonderful guide who also speaks Italian and told us many things about the Maya and the cenote, the driver was attentive and made sure we lacked nothing. The trip is doable even with children if you are adventurous, just be careful of the heat at the archaeological site. Swimming with the turtles will be exciting if you love animals.
