You will be able to fly in 2 high-speed zip-line circuits recognized as the most exciting in the world in the open air in the jungle, you will drive in underground caverns and through the jungle with amphibious vehicles, you will be able to immerse yourself in the fresh and crystalline water of the underground rivers, paddle through atmospheric caves filled with stalactites, you can also enjoy water zip lines like hammock zip lines. To satisfy your cravings there are several stations for snacks and milkshakes and even other drinks, but to satisfy your hunger there is a large buffet where you can eat what you want and as many times as you want, while enjoying refreshing drinks in an open bar. The tour is all-inclusive, hotel transportation, entrance fees and other food and beverage establishments, along with all the attractions mentioned.

Fly down the most incredible and high zip lines, drive through flooded caverns and through the jungle with amphibious vehicles. Swim down one of the oldest 65-million-year-old rivers, along with hammock zip lines, paddle through underground caverns on rafts. Lots of walking involved which was a little difficult. Although the activities were lots of fun. It’s about an hour ride from the hotels so keep that in mind when booking. We had the option of a 6 hour or 11 hour

I want to warn about the company, Conoce Lo Tyuo. The service is very poor. Everything started from the communication with operator. It took me a week to get a response from him about the transportation schedule and confirmation Finally, when it was approved, the operator told us to be at the lobby at 7.20am. I was here, then he told me that there is some mistake and driver arrived to another hotel and asked to be at the lobby at 8.30. Ok, I was waiting at the lobby at 8.30 Until 9.10 nobody has came, the operator stopped responding and disappeared. Refund, compensation, nothing… they just disappeared and stopped answering. I don’t know about the tour as I spent 2 hours waiting and then came back to the hotel without taking the tour. When Ibshared my experience with my friends. They told me that I’m not the fist one who suffer from Conoce Lo Tyuo. Don’t recommend them, better try another tour operator.

We looked into it and found out that regrettably, the provider Experiencias Xcaret cant pick up guests at the Secrets Riviera Cancún.. Due to a miscommunication, the provider went to a wrong hotel to pick you up... My partner Estefania was able to accommodate you that same day to the Xplor Fuego tour in the afternoon.. We are issuing a partial refund on the difference in price between Xplor Full Day and Xplor Fuego via Viator.. Please accept our most sincere apologies...
