From Cancun Airport To Puerto Morelos (Round Trip)

This service is just fine. Similar rates to the other companies, but in our experience less consistent. The drive to hotel was in an older car without dark windows and those on the sun side were hot the entire time with tepid AC. The drive to airport was a super nice and cold van. So one star off for being competitive but inconsistent product. Minus another star for asking for gratuity multiple times to the point it’s awkward. Just pay your drivers more and include it in the rate. The forced tipping is awkward for riders and ruins the experience.

They are prompt. Responsive to our flight change and everything was smooth. Cars were clean and only lacked bottle water for passengers.

The trip from the airport to the resort was great!!! Then the day we are leaving we have to scramble to get taxi to airport because they cancelled the trip with no explanation.

We prepaid for our round trip transfers and when we arrived at the airport there was no transfer for us. They did not have our name on the reservation list. When we tried to call the number went straight to voicemail. We had to get a taxi which over charged us but we did not have a choice.

There was no one "tracking your flight" to know when you arrived. There wasn't anyone waiting for you with a sign with your name. They tried messaging me, but I had not connected to the cellular network in Cancun since I was not informed to expect a call or message. Not until I called the number from my wife's phone did the woman that answered direct us to a numbered spot in the shuttle area....unfortunately she told us the WRONG number. When we finally arrived at the right spot, we waited almost an hour for our shuttle. The only reason the rating is not 1 star is because of our driver, Alejandro. He was very cordial and helpful in spite of the circumstances. He provided some great suggestions to do in the area and was nice conversation.

Once again I traveled to Cancun now with some friends to celebrate, and I contracted with them again. I have no regrets, it is NOW my trusted transportation, punctuality, assistance, a welcoming staff that waits with my name, friendly... everything excellent as always. I will return to Cancun and I will hire you again without a doubt, I TOTALLY recommend it 👍🏽

Abraham De La Cruz was our pick up driver, and he was absolutely the sweetest person. Very friendly, hospitable, and kind. Our return driver was kind of weird. He did not say a single word the entire time, aside from asking us what airline. We speak English and Spanish, so it wasn't a language barrier. Both drivers drove safely and were prompt. We will specifically request Abraham De La Cruz next time.
