From Cairo Sulfur & Salt Lake Swim, 4x4 Safari & Siwa Oasis Tour

I was worried about the travel time burden in Cairo, but I was just worried. It was a very impressive and interesting experience. Snacks that take care of each pickup and movement from time to time, and Mohamed's funny jokes that made him familiar without being bored were like energy that blew away fatigue at once, so he was able to send long movements well without being bored. The stay and schedule in Siwa were a series of new things and challenges that had never been experienced from beginning to end. tea and snacks and fresh fruit time that we had with the locals right there after the salt lake and desert safari will be memorable for a long time It was the best time I've ever had during my trip in Egypt. What a wonderful trip! We are just coming back to Cairo and loved it. Our driver was awesome. Our guide Mohamed was incredible. Patient, professional and made the whole tour better. It’s been 3 times that I come to Egypt but I had never made such an excursion!!! Siwa was exceptional ❤️. It was one of my dreams to go to this oasis!!! I had discovered it through a report on French television and I had thought “What a beauty!!” but how to get there??? Thanks to Ocean Air, but especially to my super guide Ramy and my super driver, Kero ... this dream turned into reality!!! This trip of 3 days and 2 nights was exceptional and unique! First of all, and this is essential , my guide was perfect! Ramy was very professional, smiling, considerate, very caring with me (and the others of course), very careful, attentive, always asking me if everything was okay, helping me to take pictures because I was alone and it is not easy for photos, always anticipating and warning about the worries I might have when keeping my jewelry in salt water , ... we see that he has a lot and experiences and he really takes the time for each of us, very respectful, always making sure that our drinks are cold seen the heat!!! It is essential to have a guide as perfect as he!!! it is 80% of the success of a good trip!!! Very attentive to us but also to other tourists when he saw that they needed help (elderly, with crutches ,...) . Kero, our driver was perfect too ... he was of course less present than Ramy in the organization but extremely nice and very good driver. A very nice complicity and complementarity between the two and it is important as felt. Now ... Siwa .... what a wonder!!! I felt in another world!! Far from the crowds of the Pyramids , Siwa is a splendor!!! a paradise on earth!!! It is a beautiful oasis, unique in the west of Egypt, a few kilometers from the Libyan border ... And yet, you feel so good , soothed, stress-free and safe in this oasis! You swim in incredible Hot Springs , cross palm groves, enjoy beautiful salt lakes, with natural shapes forming hearts 💕... incredible experience! Swimming in Cleopatra's pool surrounded by palm trees was also unique and magical!! Siwa is located on the edge of the Libyque desert plateau... very shelly limestone plateau because once there was the sea! Siwa also owns the Mountain of the Dead with the famous tombs of Si-Amun and Isis ... What to say about the architectural beauty of the fortress of Shali!!! these 3 days were a wonder for me ... a total change of scenery!! All this accompanied by an incredible and crazy safari in the desert , with a stop in a small oasis all charming , surf and tea typical and excellent in front of a superb sunset, a ride in touk touk awesome , a tray of complete fruit in front of the salt lakes with the touk touk arranged romantically in small charming patio, a first evening spent in Berber tent then bath in the Hot springs ... I never ate in the same place, during these 3 days, so everything was perfect and attentive so that we were completely immersed and communion in Siwa!!!! Our ecolodge was a crazy charm too!!! His decoration was so adorable! Everything was perfect!!!! really!!! a big thank you to Siwa , thank you Ramy, Kero, Youssef for the safari, Mahmoud for the touk touk ride,.... you were all perfect and made my dream Siwa will forever be etched in my heart 💓 MESH ❤️🤣🙏

I was very pleased with the tour experience that was provided to me through Get Your Guide and Ocean Air Travels. I was firstly really pleased with the outline of the experience. I wanted very badly to go to Siwa during my time in Egypt however I was not wanting to spend four days doing so, Get Your Guide/Ocean Air offered a unique itinerary so that I was able to see what I wanted to in a shorter amount of time. The guide that was assigned to me was Eslam. He made my trip unforgettable! He was very dedicated to tailoring the itinerary to exactly what I wanted to see and cut out things that I was less interested in. He took incredible pictures and was so hands on in doing so. He had valuable cultural and historical information about the sites and allowed me plenty of time to explore. He was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, I felt like I was on a tour with a friend. I was able to experience unique parts of Siwa that I probably would not have access to if I was not with him. He knew the area very well which was extremely helpful. I loved my experience.

Summers in Egypt are so hot that one is always in a restless mood. But with Ramy and Fares, two super cute, super fun guides, it made my trip to Egypt very relaxing and happy. For me, beautiful scenery is important, but being a good guide is more important. They are my most beautiful memories in Egypt. They are all very funny, positive, optimistic, patient and funny. Ramy's photography skills are also superb, like a star photographer, and I thank him for patiently taking me downtown to buy medicine after a tiring day's travels in the evening (because I've been bitten by mosquitoes in packs). Very happy to meet them.

Our guide Fares is always cheerful and a gentleman, making you forget about the fatigue of long journeys! Having visited Siwa many times, he explained the local history and culture attentively to those of us who are not good at English. Siwa is far from Cairo and there are many places where the internet is unstable, so I think it will be a little difficult to visit on our own. You should always travel with him when you visit Egypt!
