After landing at Fiumicino Airport, please proceed to the terminal exit and follow the signs for the Limo Service Meeting Point. There, your driver will be waiting to greet you with a sign displaying your name. For your comfort, we include one hour of complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands. Should the wait exceed this hour, an additional €60 per hour will apply, payable directly to the driver at the end of your journey.

- After landing, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the real time of flight arrival
- Airport Meet & Greet: Once you've completed the customs process and retrieved your luggage, simply make your way to the arrival hall. Your driver will be eagerly waiting for you at the LIMO SERVICE MEETING POINT, holding a signboard with the name of the lead traveler.

The driver was very familiar with the local roads and took an excellent route to get to Trastevere. You get to see the mixed use of land between the Fiumicino and Rome.

Driving in and around Rome is not for the faint of heart but our driver was fantastic! This is a long trip and we have been in numerous vans that accommodate 6 people and lots of luggage and this was the most luxurious van of the trip! He was waiting for us at the limo/driver section with our name on a sign. Started communicating as soon as we landed and put me completely at ease that once we finished in baggage claim that we would have transportation and a driver waiting for us. Fantastic experience, perfect for large groups/families.
Vassile was a an excellent driver. He very clearly communicated where he would meet us, kept an eye for us and was ready to assist us as soon as he spotted us. He was very professional and kept a very clean van. He even assisted us in locating our Airbnb. I highly recommend Vassile and his company.

Arriving with family (6 total) in Rome for first time and needed ride from airport to airbnb near Vatican. Cristina was courteous, efficient, and professional on the phone telling me exactly where to go and wait, and within 5 minutes Georgi greeted us and packed all of our bags in the car and got us on our way. Completely without a hitch. He also provided us with a few tips and places to see during our 8 day visit. could not have been happier
