Upon arrival into Cairo Airport, please proceed to the main exit. The driver will be waiting directly outside the arrivals hall holding a name sign, as due to Egypt legislation they cannot enter the building.- . (We can also provide Meet & Assist service upon request) Please note that If your drop-off or pick-up address is outside of Cairo, you will have to pay an additional cost.

Excellent and professional service. I booked through the Reno website link; which was followed by very attentive WhatsApp communication from booking (2 days prior to departure) to being in the transfer. We booked the luxury van (Mercedes Vito) and meet and assist package, which guides you through immigration in no time. The driver - Mohamed Imam - was very professional and contacted me once we landed to assure me about the process. He drove very safely and got us to the hotel in the expected time. I would most certainly book Remo and if possible also Mohamed again! Thanks for the superb experience.
