The coffee farm tour was a wonderful experience. I learned a lot and had delicious coffee tastings as well as a pot of coffee after the tour. However, the cost of the tour is only $30 (which I had to pay upon arrival) even though I had already paid $125 through TripAdvisor. Too pricey through TripAdvisor. Book on your own and find your own transportation.
It is a great experience to see how coffee is made, from growing the plants to drying and roasting. We also had the opportunity to taste different coffees at different stages of roasting. MånØtî - was very competent and friendly and answered all our questions. Thank you! A visit to the coffee farm is highly recommended.
Very good tour. I learned a lot about the coffee making process and the history of coffee in Kenya. If you’ve got hiking boots with you wear them as it was muddy due to recent rain.
