Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancún Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancún (mall) Puerto Morelos Meeting Point: Hacienda Morelos Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Hotel Aloft Tulum. The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

- To carry out the zip-line activity and Hamacuatizaje, the maximum weight is 136 kg and the minimum is 40 kg.
- The circumference capacity of the harnesses around the waist is 120 cm and 65 cm around each leg.
- For Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 1.10 m
- It is not possible to change the date on the day of your visit
- Travelers will be excluded from the activities due to a medical condition such as a body cast. If they want to go, they can pay their entrance fee (same price) and can stay in the rest area.

Such a fun day! Everyone had a great time! Definitely need close toed water shoes. I wouldn't worry about a towel. But there are plenty of places to purchase whatever you need right there. Food at the buffet is actually very good. Biggest piece of advice is to get there early and go directly to your most important activity. It's hard to get it ALL in.
