We had a good time but a lot could have been better. The driver was late for our pickup and we were also late returning to the hotel. The drive into the adventure park area was very bumpy and my son got motion sickness unfortunately. The ATV rides were not bad - maybe 20 minutes or so. There were 4 zip lines but they were all short and not that adventurous or high. The cenote was pretty and we enjoyed swimming. The lunch was simple but good. The whole thing didn't flow that well and there was a lot of waiting in between. Our guide was friendly enough but one of the other guides, Jackie, really stood out and was wonderful. She actually cared that my son wasn't feeling well and offered to bring him out of the park, over the bumpy roads, on the ATV so he didn't have to get into the bumpy truck. She was very genuine and went above and beyond the others by far and should be acknowledged. One other thing I will say is that the way the ad was written lead me to believe we were going to a big eco park closer to the hotel. We went to somewhere else completely so I'm not sure if it is misleading on purpose or they just use generic writing for all their trips. This was disappointing and we did feel a bit ripped off. Also, they charged for ATV insurance, a locker, asked for tips and the photographer was super expensive (and inconsistent with his pricing from customer to customer) so we didn't get any photos unfortunately. Charging a family US$20-$30 PER PERSON for some digital photos is just too much for a family of 4!
