This is my first time booking a tour via viatour and it has been a negative experience. I had to cancel the tour before it began as the tour guide mentioned that the entrance tickets for the attractions are not included, even though it is mentioned as included in the package that I purchased from viator. The package also included a camel ride which the tour operator tried to deny at the beginning. He is now refusing a refund even though we did not use any of the services.
