Itinerary
In this first seaside town in which we are going to stop, in the council of Valdés, you will be able to discover a privileged environment where the sea and the mountains merge. This beautiful town offers all its visitors a multitude of leisure and entertainment plans. We will walk through the streets where the Nobel Prize winner Severo Ochoa was born, a real reference point, of whom the town still keeps many memories. We will also visit the spectacular Plaza Miares and the hermitage of La Regalina, one of the jewels of the Principality of Asturias.
Discover One of Asturias’ Most Picturesque Corners: The Ermita de la Regalina Perched dramatically on the cliffs of Cadavedo, this charming chapel offers breathtaking views of the Cantabrian Sea. Let yourself be captivated by its history, its stunning natural surroundings, and the unique magic that makes this place truly unforgettable.
A place that we will visit with expert local guides and where we will also have free time to taste all the gastronomy of the area, with a previous recommendation from the guides. But before lunch, it's time to get to know every corner of another of the most incredible fishing villages on the Asturian coast. Cudillero captivates everyone who sets foot on its streets. Peculiar and steep paths, roads and pavements that end up leading to the sea. The life and activity of the inhabitants of the so-called 'Villa Pixueta' takes place along them.
Avilés has been transformed into a modern and avant-garde city, where, above all, the Niemeyer Centre stands out.
Throughout our visit we will also visit the historic quarter, which is incredible, the Sabugo Church, facing the Avilés estuary, the Plaza de la Merced, presided over by the monumental Church of Santo Tomás, or the aforementioned Avilés estuary, which holds an incredible story about the very important industrial sector in Asturias.

We really wanted to visit Luarca and saw there was a tour from Gijon which included Cudillero and Aviles as well so decided to book it. The tour exceeded any expectations and gave us information which we would never have come across by ourselves. The guide, Eva, was fabulous and included english as well as spanish, therefore, making us all feel part of the same group. For us the real star of the tour was Aviles which we would never have visited. Thank you Buendi great value.
First and foremost, Anna our guide was absolutely phenomenal, possessed a depth of knowledge of the area, and most all, she was very kind, personable, and patient. As for the tour, it was crammed packed with activities, wonderful views, and plenty of free time. This is hands down one of the best tours that I’ve ever taken.
The guide was wonderful, very good explanations. He was also very considerate. The experience was very good.
I highly recommend taking any tour with Buen Día. The company is very professional! I was the only English speaker on the tour, and the tour guide, Anna, was very attentive and made sure I understood her well. Also, the driver really knows the road, and I felt safe the entire trip. Thank you for providing this service, Buen Día!

It was a great experience with a lot of historic information. It helps you appreciate and understand things much more interestingly.
Hi Sigfred! Thank you so much for your kind words and rating! We are truly glad you had such a wonderful day discovering the Asturian coastal towns and hope to welcome you back again for your next adventure! Kindly, Buendía.
Santiago was an excellent and humorous guide. We were the only English speakers in the group, and he took time to explain the sights to us privately after addressing the group in Spanish. The tour was fairly well-paced, although an extra 30 minutes in Cudillero (with lots of steps to climb to the view points) would be great just so that we could cover more ground! Driver was good too! Highly recommended tour to the coastal areas of Asturias.
