Visiting the Christian Cairo and the Islamic Cairo together offers a great comparison/perspective. Since construction/closure does happen, the tour guide may need to adjust the itinerary accordingly to provide the best experience available. Just be patient and take in what each site may offer. There is plenty of unique character at each location. The tour guide is a great resource - don’t hesitate to ask questions!
