Round-trip transportation is available from most hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya. *Consider extra ferry time from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel. *Please contact Cancun Adventures immediately after booking to confirm your pickup time and location. Please consider 2 to 3 hours of transportation for this tour. The actual time depends on your hotel's location.

We booked this trip from Carnival Paradise and we had a wonderful time on the VIP Catamaran. Johnny, Margotio, Juan Ruban and Angel were a fantastic staff and provided many drinks for me and my family. The snorkeling was had some of the best sights I could ask for, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun day on the water!

For the price we paid for this, somewhat disappointing. The food was a cheese tray. Drinks were fair and service was acceptable, but not rated a 10. Communication with the tour company, “Viator” was not user friendly.

Our family had an unforgettable adventure! From the moment we were picked up at our hotel, we were seamlessly escorted to the ferry, and just 45 minutes later, we arrived in Cozumel. We were warmly welcomed by our fantastic 4-person crew: Captain Ricardo, the guide, the bartender, and photographer Eduardo. The cruise around the island was breathtaking, and we had the opportunity to snorkel at three different spots, encountering a variety of marine life. We saw stingrays, vibrant fish, sunken ships, and even a sea turtle! The staff was exceptional, especially in helping our young ones feel at ease while snorkeling in deeper waters for the first time. Afterward, we anchored near the beach and spent an hour relaxing in waist-deep, turquoise water with a floating lounge pad. Our drinks were always topped off, and the soundtrack of our favorite tunes made the experience even better. The food was a charcuterie board with a few shrimp—while it was delicious, it was the one aspect of the day I think could’ve been a little more satisfying, though we still enjoyed most of it. Once we returned to the ferry, we had some time to explore Cozumel’s city square before Eduardo guided us back across to Playa del Carmen, where our driver was waiting to take us back to the hotel. The photos we bought at the end were on the pricier side, but considering the amazing underwater shots, boat moments, and playful beach pictures, they were definitely worth it. A+ 9.5/10 experience all around!"
