Oh my word, what a disappointment! Shocking communications re where to meet, then put in a taxi and dropped at some random beach. Taxi guy insisted on being paid - but our transport was supposed to be included???? Beach was nothing to rave about, loungers were broken, no wifi, filthy toilets and welcome drink was 200ml cooldrink in a small plastic cup!!! When we asked to be taken back to the ship they again insisted on payment, I refused. THE most disappointing experience with Viator ever and sadly, I use you guys a lot! An absolute waste of money. Nothing vaguely like the description offered. I respectfully request a refund please.
The pictures and description are definitely exaggerated. The space is very crowded, with little to no room between chairs, making it difficult to relax or enjoy your time. There is constant foot traffic—about every 30 seconds someone walks by, often children, trying to sell something. On top of that, it’s quite loud due to entertainers performing nearby and then asking for money afterward. Overall, it was not the peaceful or comfortable experience that was advertised.
I take the tour but was include that place at fishermans village with reserved área, William take care of us at the place AND help us to take snorkel tour, AND was include kayak too, Is clean beach thats the nice
