Come Na Vorta cooking experience in Milan

Description
Allow us to take you on a journey into the world of family tradition and learn the skills passed down by three generations. Unravel the secrets behind the successful recipes and other intriguing stories, discover family history and have all your foodie questions answered during your class together. We’ll start things off with a glass of Prosecco, before getting your hands in the dough. Under the guidance of your expert host, you’ll master the art of pasta-making, kneading and shaping not just like a true Italian, but as grandmother taught us. Once your fettuccine and gnocchi are ready, we’ll cook them up with traditional Roman sauces of your choice, and of course, finish with a delightful homemade tiramisù. After cooking, we’ll all sit down together to enjoy the feast you’ve created, paired with your chosen wine. Come hungry, leave happy, and take home not just precious memories but authentic Italian cooking skills you can use forever!

We made delicious pasta from scratch and tiramisu!
The class was brilliant - Alba was amazing!
Alba was an excellent instructor. My wife and I great time and made some tasty pasta and dessert.
Amazing experience, had a great teacher and the food turned out perfect!
What a great class! Shima, our leader, was amazing! We made great friends in the class and our finished product of pasta and tiramisu was delicious! Would highly recommend this class for those looking for a fun activity for 3 hours!
Excellent experience. Great pasta and tiramisu. Definitely put this on your to do list if you’re wanting to learn about Italian cooking.
Great experience with Alba making gnocchi, pasta and tiramisu. Alba was very welcoming and great at explaining and taking us through the steps. Whilst making gluten free pasta was not an option, I was able to make gluten free tiramisu and Alba and the team provided me with a salad and gluten free pasta to eat afterwards. We took the spare pasta home with us to eat later. Would highly recommend.
Shima was fun and a great cook. The food was delicious, would definitely recommend!
