Meet your host at the Arch of Constantine, then head to the Colosseum and enjoy enjoy a smooth and well-organized visit, starting at your scheduled entry time. Stand in the center of the Colosseum complex, and get a feel for Rome's imperial grandeur. Visit the Roman Forum, continue to the Palatine Hill, considered the highest of the 7 hills that Rome is built on. Experience the center of Rome's history at the Palatine Hill. The new itinerary includes The SUPER Sites. Meeting Point: In front of the Arch of Constantine, Via di S. Gregorio, 00184 Roma RM, Italy (by the side facing the Colosseum. Your Tour Guide will be holding a blue flag that reads " Inside Out Italy"). The exact name and last name of all participants must be provided at time of booking, in case of mistakes, security staff may deny access and no refund will be provided. Name changes are not permitted. All visitors must pass through an airport-style security check.

- In the case of inclement weather, the arena floor may be closed off without notice. In these instances, refunds cannot be provided
- Meeting time is 30 minutes prior to the start time. Late arrival will result in entry refusal and loss of tour cost.
- When you purchase our service, it includes the entrance fee to the archaeological sites, which is €18 for adults (or €24 for the Arena option), along with a €2 booking fee. Children under 18 years of age enjoy free entry. The remaining portion of the payment covers essential services such as meeting point assistance, office support, booking fees, a digital audio guide, and other related services to enhance your overall experience.
- During the winter season, all sites close earlier as Colosseum hours depend on sunlight. Your selected time guarantees Colosseum entry but may not always provide enough time to visit the Forum and Palatine Hill. In such cases, you can access these sites either on the morning of your visit or the following morning. Our team will contact you if closure times might impact your visit duration, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Opening hours and last entry times for the Colosseum and Roman Forum vary by season. From March 30 to September 30, sites close at 7:15 PM (last entry at 6:15 PM); from October 1 to October 25, closing is at 6:30 PM (last entry at 5:30 PM); and from October 26 to February 28, sites close at 4:30 PM (last entry at 3:30 PM).
- Please note that the order of the visit may vary depending on ticket availability, crowd management, and weather conditions.
- During the summer months, a hat and water bottle are strongly recommended. Water refill stations are available on site.

Biggest let down. “Here are your tickets and download the audio guide.” Almost every direction is blocked. Impressive attraction. Poor service. Not worth a penny. Buy a live guided tour if you wish to be tortured there.

Our staff provides the official admission tickets together with the instructions necessary to access the audioguide, allowing visitors to explore the archaeological area independently and at their own pace. Regarding your comment about directions being blocked, the routes inside the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill are established and managed directly by the archaeological park. Certain pathways or areas may occasionally be closed or redirected due to preservation work, security requirements, crowd management, or other operational reasons. Unfortunately, these decisions are entirely outside our control. Nevertheless, we are genuinely sorry that you felt lost during your visit. A self-guided experience should still feel clear and enjoyable, and we appreciate your comments regarding the instructions provided. Make sure you read the tour when you pick it. It was very confusing. Our tickets said Colosseum, but it wouldn’t let us in the Colosseum.

The tickets and hand off were very easy. I underestimated the heat of the day. We downloaded the app for the audio guide but our phones would not load to listen along. Still great just some small hiccups.
