Great information, well organized , ex Excellent guide
This was a great experience once the rain stopped. Our guide was so knowledgeable . The tour was done in a very timely fashion
Terrible tour guide only cared about getting to the Colosseum on time.
Had our trip with Georgia. She was great, very informative and passionate. She took time to show us photos and books of what things looked like in ancient times. Interesting history in a timeline we could all understand. Passionate and funny. Thank you really enjoyed it.
This tour of the Colosseum and surrounding area was great. Our tour guide was wonderful and provided us with lots of information about the sites. He was very personable and also provided some humor. We appreciated him very much.
Our tour was delayed by an hour and a half and the Floor part of the tour was canceled and a partial refund promised but never given. Being delayed we only had time to see the Colosseum and not the rest of the tour due to a train we needed to catch. So we ended up paying way too much for this tour and only seen the Colosseum. On the other hand the tour guide was excellent!
Our tour was absolutely fantastic! The guide Gisele was knowledgeable, engaging, and brought the history of Ancient Rome to life. Learning about the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the incredible stories behind these iconic landmarks made the experience unforgettable. The tour was well organized, easy to follow, and worth every minute. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!
Our guide was amazing. She was the reason it was so good otherwise we would have been suffering from the heat. She kept us engaged.
This is our second tour with Viviscos Travel. Yesterday, we visited the Vatican, and it was phenomenal. The meeting point was well-organized, and the tour guide was exceptional. Today, we visited the Colosseum, but it was not as great. First, our tour was rescheduled in advance from 9 am to 10 am. I suppose that was okay. Then, the floor arena access that was part of our ticket was inexplicably rescinded, leaving us no time to make alternate arrangements. I am still waiting for a refund. Third, there was a lack of organization upon our arrival. It was not clear where our group was, who was in charge, on when the tour would begin. We bounced around between three Viviscos agents before they could check us in. Fourth, our tour guide arrived, but there was no announcement or indication that the tour was starting. If I hadn’t been actively looking (since it was 10 am, the tour start time), I would have missed it. The tour guide was pleasant and mindful of the tour group once the tour started, so there were no issues there.
Having an opportunity to visit the coliseum was an awesome experience. I forewarn you that going to visit in mid June, the heat is real!!! What an awesome experience it was to marvel at the architecture and skill it took to build such a structure. Must have been the Aliens! lol
