Wonderfull experience. Unbelievable that its still standing from 2000+ years. Very helpfull with tickets, able to skip the long lines and fast entry.
Reserved one month in advanced and the activity got cancelled the day before. I had good experiences through Viator in the past; this is why I thought reserving this activity was a good idea. I will get a refund but I am still disappointed. Luckily I managed to get entry’s through the Parco website.
It was horrible. Booked it weeks before, 2 days before the day I got a message that due to an unforeseen maintanence issue access to the Arena floor has been limited resulting in us not having access at all anymore. Shifted to the afternoon, a day later I got contacted again that they were not able to accomodate me although beforehand they mentioned it would not be any problem. Moved it with 2 days. Now it was surely not a problem, but at the end I got contacted again that they couldn’t get the tickets… sooo disappointed. This should be illegal! I just hope I will get my money back.
Excellent and easy route. The admission was very fast and the service is great. Makes you want to repeat it
Very nice monument to visit. However, the Coliseum audio guide application is not available in French and is not frankly intuitive.
