Our guide Polina was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a short tour but still got a lot of information without being boring or tiresome.
It was a wonderful tour. Exceeded my expectations! Guide was friendly and accommodating..100% recommend!
We booked the ‘semi private Colosseum tour with Forum and Palatine Hill access’ with Adventures in Rome via Viator the day before the experience this Saturday just gone - for 338 Euros because it was the only tour we could find then. The tour started at 2.30pm which it transpired was too late to permit same day Forum access. We had a very rushed 45 minute tour in a packed Colosseum with a tour guide who told us several times we could use our Roma card Forum tickets to access the Forum and the Palatine Hill the next day. But the next day was Sunday and the Roma card did not work as Forum access is then free. We were told we would have to join a very long queue for free tickets to access - which we didn’t do as we ran out of time as we’re flying home that day. So we were sold a pup. For over 300 Euros. A tour the main part of which we could never have used. When we complained and asked - entirely reasonably - for a refund we were told we should have read the small print. Believe Viator is still advertising and taking money for these tours at times and on days when only Colosseum part can be used. And that is a very rushed tour. Avoid!
Annika was very knowledgable, polite and respectable. My wife and I loved her. We are celebrating our 50th anniversary. Grazie
we did not get to see upper level, just walked around main floor area. Guide was knowledgeable but very complaining on how hot it was. Felt like it was rushed so he could go sit down in shade.
This was definitely a 5. Our guide was excellent and we enjoyed the whole experience. Mazi was an excellent tour manager.
At first we thought it was scam because the tour-boss did not have any official sign but the tour experience was very good.
Amazing 😍 It was a nice experience in Rome. The have upgraded our tour to Arena and we went in the middle of colosseum. The tour was very fun and we really enjoyed. Well organized and knowledgeable guide
