DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER - THEY LIE ABOUT HAVING TICKETS WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE THEM. Then they do not promptly offer refunds at all. It is a total scam. Just book tickets directly with the venue rather than these crooks. Viator customer service is worthless.
This issue was eventually resolved, though not at the time the customer wanted, since they wanted it resolved immediately and refunds take time. Unfortunately, we are currently waiting for the club to become available. We offered them an alternative date and a different type of ticket, but they refused to accept any other option. Of course, the refund was processed on the next available business day. However, the customer believes it should have been processed the very moment they wanted it
