The company maintained great communication channels upon booking and confirmed the pickup time and location once more the night before the pickup. Our driver came early and found us in the lobby of the hotel - he was extremely nice and professional and helped us with our luggage. The Mercedes and new, clean, and comfortable and the driver treated us like VIPs. It was a smooth and comfortable ride from Rome to Civitavecchia and he was a pro navigating the cruise port area. We will use them again next time!
This was a hassle free way to get from City to the cruise port. Pricey, but convenient for 4 and luggage.
Driver was exactly where we had been advised to meet him. Vehicle was larger than we needed (a van) — there were two of us— but it was clean and comfortable. Driver provided us bottled water.
