Leaving the Eternal City behind, enjoy the serene beauty of the Lazio countryside, with rolling hills, vineyards, cultivated fields, and picturesque medieval villages perfect for memorable photos. Whilst the destination was incredible, the trip there and back was not good. The driver and host didn’t get out of the car to greet us and spoke nothing to us for the 90 min trip both ways. I thought we may get an insight into the history. We had to ask for water and for the air conditioning to be increased. When we arrived at the location it took about 10 mins to find and decide where to drop us off. Picking us up was fine we had their WhatsApp contact details. We loved the locations but absolutely disappointed with the lack of communication.
Good morning, it may have been a bit of uncertainty or apprehension on your first day at work. Both of you were new to our staff. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your comments; they help us be more cautious and improve our services. Thanks again, esteemed customers.
Roberto was very kind and courteous with us. He excited is to get our tickets for the trek from Bagnoreggio to Civita, a charming medieval town. Then was kind enough to take our picture. We then visited the Duomo in Orvieto, a beautiful old cathedral and had plenty of time to eat and shop.
Thank you so much for your kind words towards us, Roberto was happy to work with you! Thank you for your contribution, you help us to maintain and improve our work performance. Best regards! it was a pleasure
