- Meeting Point: Customers can join the bus tour at any of the stops along the route. Stop 1 is 398 Broad Street, on Broad Street by the Space Needle Loop at the intersection of Broad and John, across from McDonald’s at KOMO Plaza
- Recorded information through a loudspeaker is provided in English
- Recorded information through App (must be ones own phone and earphones) in English, Spanish, French, German, Korean, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. Same App gives access to live map and bus tracking in real time
- Mobile and printed paper voucher are accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route

- Audio-guided walking tour: Pike Place Market
- Due to road closures, Stop 18 will relocate every Saturday from 6th June to 31st October. On those days, Stop 18 will be located in front of the Via 6 building, at the west corner of 6th & Lenora (right side of the street)
- FIFA Match Day changes: Due to street closures near Lumen Field, Stops 6 - 9 will be unavailable on 15th, 19th, 24th & 26th June, and 1st & 6th July. Buses will operate directly from Stop 5 to Stop 10 on these dates

I can’t recommend this tour. No guide, just a recorded tour guide that was out of sequence at times. Sometimes we had to guess which stop we were at Then we were left stranded at Pike’s Market and had to take an Uber back to our hotel. Because we booked with TripAdvisor we had a hassle getting a refund from them. Thankfully TripAdvisor quickly processed our refund.
It was difficult to find the bus stops. We waited 35 minutes for a bus for the driver to tell us it was full. Then we ubered to pikes market, as we were leaving, again walked around a long time trying to find the sign. Waited for the bus for 30 minutes. The bus went 4 stops or so then told us they were taking a 15 minute break for the driver. We just ubered back to the hotel. Not recommended.

Good value for the money; provides great overview of history, culture, and things to do. Fun way to see the area

Not as close as you think. 2 day pass was even more a waste as stops closed with no notice. Had to call after 3rd spot to find closest. The lady who answered tried to point me to one of the closed ones and argued that it was closed even though it had a sign that they put up saying it was closed. She also kept saying stop number versus address. We obviously don’t know what the stops are and the map on mobile website was a disaster, and finally the app would not even load Seattle map!!!! Completely wasted money, time and energy
The stops are easily accessible and buses run around every 30 minutes. However some drivers were friendly and others were super rude and unprofessional.

It was enclosed which was good on the cold day. It gave lots of good information about Seattle and frequent stops at tourist areas. I always try to ride the hop-on to get an overview of the town.

The first stop was not at the meeting place listed on the email. We needed to ask for directions to find it. There was no tour guide and the recorded message did not match where we were. The bus driver kept replaying the same segment of the recording until our location matched the recording.
I booked directly on the website for the full $65. Immediately after I booked, I was then sent a message that 1/3 of the stops would not be running. This was not communicated ahead of the purchase and I feel like it was deceptive. In addition, the ride has several unsafe branches that will hurt you if you are not paying attention and constantly ducking. Also, the audio is too quiet to hear. I would not recommend spending your money on this tour or doing business with this company.
It was so-so. It’s a recorded narration not a human speaking. It was hard to find the location markers because they are just small signs placed on the sidewalk. When we first got on the bus, we waited about 20 minutes before they told us we had to switch to another bus. Everything stopped at 4PM so we had to walk back to or hotel (40 minute walk) from Pike Place Market. The bus driver was a good driver, we always felt safe and comfortable. Some of the speakers didn’t work on the bus so it was hard to hear the narrative.
