The overall experience was good. But the 2x bus transfers is not something we enjoyed. Also the timing of the temple visit was not good. It was so hot up to 113 degrees Fahrenheit. Should have been done first in am when the weather was still conducive to walking under the sun. All others was fine.
Great tour overall. There seem to be some tourist traps in the mix. But you can sort of ignore it. The history and explanation of Chichen Itza was great. The weather was very hot but we could still enjoy the view and the history. The visit to Valladolid was short but enjoyable.

Viatour messed up our booking and the actual tour company were fantastic in helping resolve the issue. The tour company worked with us to move our booking so we wouldn't have to pay again and were very patient in giving us instructions on how to find the pick up location as we weren't staying in the hotel zone. The trip its self was fantastic. (because of the booking mishap we ended up going after going to Coco Bongo. Don't do this, getting in at 5am and getting to a meeting point for 6am is tough.) Bring Pesos. Our tour guides on the bus spoke primarily Spanish and took the time to translate everything for us, kept checking in with us during the day. Our tour guide at Chichen Itza was brilliant (its hot, buy a drink or ice cream there), spoke fabulous English and the tour time flew by, the village was lovely and there were plenty of vegetarian and a few vegan) offerings. The cenote was lovely and refreshing. Fully recommend the trip.

The entire tour was very nice, very complete, the guide Eduardo was excellent, everything was very clear and he complied with the schedules of each place.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! I arranged my entire trip here around this excursion. To see Chichen Itza for the Spring Equinox. I called and spoke with them about details of the itinerary and was reassured. They never showed up to pick us up as scheduled and then gave no explanation after continuing to ask me questions for over an hour. No explanation, no apology and they hung up the phone when I continued to call. Absolutely ruined my entire reason for being in Cancun. This company does not see their customers as guest but just another number and just a dollar sign.
