Chichen Itza Deluxe Valladolid and 2 Cenotes

Description
The ancient Maya city of Chichen Itza, Mexico was one of the most prominent governmental centers in the Maya world. Constructed around 525 AD, Chichen Itza was also the most important religious site in the Yucatan Peninsula. We are among the first to arrive at the ruins of Chichen-Itza. Ancient history, archaeology, culture, and magic await you on our Chichen Itza tours. We provide you with umbrellas so that your excursion within the area is pleasant. In addition to a visit to the Maya ruins, our adventure from Cancun to Chichen Itza includes a stop in the colonial city of Valladolid, a visit to a handicrafts store, a delicious buffet lunch featuring regional specialties, and a visit to a 2 beautiful open-air cenote (a natural fresh-water sinkhole). The Maya considered cenotes to be sacred portals to the underworld. They were also their only source of freshwater. You can go for a swim in the cenote to cool off!

We visit this Cenote near Chichen Itza where the Mayans performed their ceremonies, we will also enjoy a buffet lunch.

Esther and Juan Carlos were the best tour guides I’ve ever had. They were so knowledgeable and super funny. Gave us a lot of time to do our own things but gave us a lot about the history, language and culture or the Mayans and area. They accommodated us of 6 including my brother who is special needs (can walk but has a very hard time). They also were very accommodating in helping get our tickets, snacks, translating and warning us about dangerous areas and vendors. Highly recommend booking through them!
Our tour guide and driver, Esther and Angel were a great team. They took care of us from doorstep to doorstep, and made our tour fun and very informative.
We started with three hours picking up people and changing buses like cattle (from 5:30am). They change the order of the visits as they see fit, the fact of arriving before anyone else in Chichen Itza is a lie. The visit to Valladolid is to get into a souvenir shop. Once en route the only thing that counts is the Mayan calendar to try to sell yours. The whole trip is focused on getting tips and commissions. Little time in Chichen Itza and with ‘forced’ guide. Less than regular food. And on the way back the same. A total of 16 hours of travel to not be even five on visits, and at least six touring hotels. The only thing I can talk about positively is the tour bus and its driver.
We are very sorry. We will put more effort into improving the experience.
AMAZING!!!!! Wow!!!! I have high expectations as it is, and the bus tour guide, Martinez, hit it out of the park!! We learned about so much culture and truly enjoyed every bit of this excursion!!! Also, Santiago, was AWESOME! His tour of Chichen Itza was perfect - his knowledge what made the excursion!!!! I would truly recommend this excursion- we had the BeST time!!!!

Our tour to Chichén Itzá, Cenote Selva Maya, and Valladolid was absolutely unforgettable—thanks to our incredible guide Esther and our wonderful driver Antonio. Esther was warm, knowledgeable, and engaging. She shared so much rich history and interesting facts throughout the tour, making the ancient ruins of Chichén Itzá come alive in a meaningful way. At each stop, she was organized, informative, and thoughtful—making sure we were comfortable and got the most out of every moment. Antonio was an excellent driver, handling the long 2 hour and 45 minute journey from our hotel with complete professionalism. We always felt safe and relaxed, and he kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From start to finish, this tour was well-paced, beautifully curated, and made extra special by both Esther and Antonio. Highly recommend this experience if you’re looking for an enriching and stress-free way to explore this beautiful part of Mexico!

10 hours sitting on a bus. Tour was not 12 hours it was 15 1/2. I just wanted to be back to my hotel after about 10 hours I didn’t even want to do the last stop. Lunch was at 400 after being given breakfast at 730.
Thank you for your comment. We will review the tour.
They changed the pick up location late in the evening the day before the tour and told me that they can’t pick me up from my hotel and will not refund the money
Their pick and drop service is very confusing. Multiple tour operators are involved and make things very confusing for drop off and pickup time.
This tour was excellent! Make sure you bring your bathing suit because the cenotaph is spectacular as well as the rest of the tour!
Thank you for your comment we are going to improve our service Regards
It was one of the most amazing tours Ive been on! They took us through a Mayan village where we got off for lunch and a traditional Mayan massage and shot. It was too cool to see. After we made our way to the beautiful Chichen Itza. They gave us about two hours to explore and they provided really good information about the ruins. Next, we went to the Cenote and it was exceptionally beautiful. We did not swim but it was just as great seeing it. Last, we went to the city of Valladolid. There we got to see dancing, eat Mexican dessert, and see some of the amazing culture this country has to offer! 100/100 would recommend. The three tour guides were amazing!
Thank you so much for your comment we are happy to see you again Regards
