The guided tour was great, I got good info and stories about the Mayan people The ruins were even bigger that I imagined, got some free time to roam around and explore The food was filling and the staff at all places were nice, a bit pushy at times but overall I expected it
Chichen Itza has a story for each corner, it's filled with nature and ancient traditions We are happy that you got to enjoyed it that much We'll keep improving for your next adventure
My family went to Chichen Itza during the high season expecting it to be crowded but it wasn't The guide was very nice and had much knowledge about the Mayan culture, he was fun and always looked after us even when my youngest son got away from the group The food was nice and the cenote was really cold but beautiful Chichen Itza was bigger than I expected
Chichen Itza it's a place rich in history and nature We are happy that your family had a great time, tje guides try their best so everyone can bring back memories from the Mayan Culture We hope to see you again soon!
This company is the worst fraud company. I took an extra 60 USD and told them to wait at the meeting point and just ran away. Never use such a fraudulent tour company. The subsequent exchange of messages was also a jokey response and didn't turn into a conversation. It had the appearance of a criminal gang in the style of a tour company. If you are Japanese, please be especially careful! This company is the worst scam company. They took an additional 60 USD and told me to wait at the meeting point and then ran away. Never use such a scam tour company. The messages we exchanged after that were also ridiculous and we couldn't get anywhere. They looked like a criminal group that looked like a tour company.
This review was made by a traveler that did not followed instructions You were instructed by the guide to wait outside of a store for 5 minutes after you paid the taxes for 4 adults, you immediately went inside the store without informing anyone. We called you, message and email you without any response The guide looked for you for more than 20 minutes and you did not showed up. Calling a turist company "criminal group" just for your own negligence to follow instructions ia a nuance
