It was a great outing and the staff were very informed on the history and cultural elements of the tour. We first stopped at a Mayan school and were greeted by a medicine man that performed a quick cleanse and welcome. We had a delicious buffet and then went to Chichén Itzá. After some time there we visited the cenote and then off to the city of Valladolid. The day was long but filled with a lot of great activities and site seeing. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel and the bus was a nice coach bus with a restroom and air conditioning on board. I would recommend this tour.
Thank you very much for these words!! I will ensure all our crew will know they are doing an excellent job.We hope to see you soon in another adventour!!
The bus pick up in the morning was 30 minutes late. Then we had to transfer to a 2nd bus in the town. The entire tour was late. We spent too much time waiting for lunch and sales presentations. The entire tour took 14—1/2 hours. Too long. Would not take again.
Thank you for your words!! The bus was late because of the rain, the entire tour was late because of the rain, we prefer to take it easy and calm when the weather conditions are not the best. Your safety is first!! It is normal to last 12 hours or more in a regular Chichén Itzá tour, just because of the distance between your hotel and Chichén Itzá. Next time, you could try a Private Tour (it will be around 20 times more the money you have paid for this one, totally worthy!!), in order to control how long you spend on each place. Or you could try something closer, like one of our combinations with Tulum or Cobá Mayan sites. We will be glad to organize it for you!!
The driver was a very good driver ,the sharing of some history was great, the only thing that was a surprise they didn't offer water, this was my first tour that didn't offer free water.

The tour itself of Chichén Itzá was good and very knowledgeable. The reason I’m leaving 1 star is because we didn’t go to Cenote Suytun which was specifically listed as a part of this tour with photos. There were many other tours I could have chosen from but I picked this one specifically to go to this Cenote. I’ve wanted to visit it for years and when we were taken to the wrong cenote we asked the tour guides why we weren’t at Suytun. They LIED to us saying that Suytun is closed and that’s why we didn’t go. So we called Suytun and they are open 7 days a week 9-4:30! We spent quite a bit of money to be misinformed and lied to. I would look somewhere else.
Thank you very much for taking the time to put your comments and that the tour its really good! The cenote we visit its lees crowded and even more beautiful! An apologie the information its good now!
Alfredo and Jesus were amazing guides! They were so knowledgeable about Mayan culture, history and customs. I was truly blown away by everyone's hospitality and graciousness. The sites were careful curated with enough time to enjoy what the Yucatan has to offer. 5 stars and two thumbs up!
Thank you very much! Our crew will know about this 5 start soon!! Learing the mayan culture its impressive and something different.
What wonderful adventures. Thanks to paradise adventurs. The excursions are perfectly supervised and incredible Professionalism at the rendezvous. I highly recommend
Nous apprécions vraiment votre temps et nous avons choisis, merci de nous recommander et nous avons hâte de vous revoir! MA maison est votre maison
Although the excursion includes pick up from our hotel we were informed we had to be go to a meeting point. We were told to be there at 8:15, which we were. However, we then waited over an hour and a half for the bus. They gave some excuse about a specific hotel delaying them. However, right as the bus pulled up 5 guests showed up to the meeting point right on time. Apparently, they were told to be there much later. The communication was terrible and a huge inconvenience to wait in the heat. This type of issue is VIATORs fault. The actual tour was great.
Hello, thank you for your comment. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working now with viator to fix that kind of mistake. and make sure it won't happen again. It still a pleasure for us to see that you enjoyed your tour! Kind regards Lea from Paradise Adventours
