We had 3 customized tours with Jaguar Journey that made our trip to the Yucatan unforgettable. We are 3 senior women who are experienced international travelers. Our tours met our expectations to be well informed of historical and current cultures. We visited Chichén Itzá, Coba, Tulum and swam in 3 unique cenotes. In Cancun we learned about Mayan culture at the Museum. Our guide, Ariann, treated us like family. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were infectious. We were well cared for and felt safe at all times.
From the pick-up until I was dropped off at my hotel, everything was wonderful. Axl's explanation conveys not only his extensive knowledge but also his passion for Maya culture. 10/10 Highly recommended!
Axel was our tour guide for this excursion and he was absolutely amazing! He made sure we were comfortable and provided drinks and snacks for us for the ride, which was 2-1/2 hours each way. When we arrived at our excursion, he gave us a history of all the pyramids. In the middle of the tour, my husband and I were telling him we just renewed our vows and he ended up purchasing an authentic Maya souvenir for us, which was very thoughtful! We also visited the cenote and got to swim in it. That was a cool experience! He took us to a couple of restaurants where we had breakfast and lunch, amazing Mexican food! He took us to a flea market area and we got to shop around and purchase items. When we arrive back to the van, he surprised my husband and I with a happy anniversary balloon and a rose, which I thought was very sweet! This was one of the best excursions I have been on in a long time. Axel is very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend him for any tour guides if you plan on visiting Cancun, Mexico! He’s the best!

Amazing personal experience! Axel was our guide, who is a budding archeologicalist. He was FULL of fascinating information on Mayan culture and history. Understanding the history and how it related to what we were seeing made all the difference. Chichen Itza was fascinating. Lunch in Izamal was local cuisine and delicious. We had the restaurant all to ourselves. And later we got to climb a pyramid as well! The ATV ride was easy and fun. We got to drive up a pyramid as well! The Cenote was the best experience. It was simply magical swimming into a cavern! I highly recommend this tour company.

First off, we applaude our guides: Axle and Raymundo. We typically take guided tours when we go on vacation. These two were awesome. They delivered a great expereice for me and my newly married bride. The tours were breathtaking but you can only get the most out of it with guides that are knowledgeable. These two did not disappoint on any level. The tour took about 13 hours from start to finish. It was an experience that we will hold onto forever. Guided tours are a must in our eyes. Whether you do it in a group or private depending on your budget. If your on the fence I strongly suggest to do the private tour. Absolutely a stunning experience and couldn't have been better without our two guides. Off to the next adventure guys, take care!!!

The entire experience was just great!!! We were 11 people in total and Izamal was our tour guided!! Izamal made sure to explained everything very nice and clear and we all had a good time!! The place he took us for lunch (which I can’t remember the name) the food was amazing and people very lovely!! Seeing Chichen Itza in person was very impressive!! And of course riding ATV was super fun!! Alejandro our driver was very nice too!! Overall the whole experience was amazing!! We highly recommend!!!

A truly magical experience for everyone in the group ! Axel with Jaguar tours is honestly the only way to have a once in a lifetime opportunity to be taken care of in a way that can not be compared to. There are many "tour guides" but only one opportunity to have an experience that is catered to your every want and need. Axel and Vanessa dont just offer tours and experiences, they have curated the best possible experiences that can be provided. Simply put, there is no reason to risk your happiness and satisfaction anywhere else. Amazing experience, we are very lucky to have been able to get to know this beautiful place, both Izamal and the cenote. It is an experience that I recommend for everyone, something that you should do at least once in your life, it was a lot of fun, and we want to thank our guide Axel is very passionate and very friendly, he was always aware of us, without a doubt, 100% recommended.

Fun Excursion with the hubby. We went as a group on a tour bus. I loved the shop area. It’s a hut made from palm leaves which makes it feel like you’re in an cool building. There was a bar where you could order drinks. We went down into the Cenote, but didn’t get into the water. You have to bathe first and wear a life jacket. It’s also a little park where you can walk around and learn about different things indicative of the area and culture.

We are a local family tour company, and we don't organize tour buses services, we just operate small groups private tours. We work hard to provide our best service in every experience we do, this review doesn't describe any of our experiences, and we hope someday you can give us the opportunity to organize a special tour for you.
The cenotes were breath-taking and an absolute life-changing experience! Also, touring the jungle on our own ATVs was the best way to explore! Our guide Axel Flores was a wonderful guide and amigo and we will definitely return to Cancún to explore with him again! This is a 10/10 must experience!!
