We chose this tour in order to see as much of the park as possible in a short period of time and it definitely fit the bill. Our guide Dan was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He showed us aspects of the park it would’ve taken us days and days to see on foot. The bikes were well-maintained and sturdy. Be aware that the main office had no restrooms, so be sure to go before you arrive to meet the group. There are restrooms in the park.
Very fun activity! Easy ride for all ages. Lots of good info on NYC and Central Park. Dan was a great guide.
Our tour guide, John, was very knowledgeable, spoke quickly but efficiently and kept us busy. He was willing to go out in the rain and show us all around Central Park.
Our bike tour today with Carla was awesome! She was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience unforgettable.
We had really bad luck with the weather, cold and downpours the entire ride, but Gabriel our tour guide was upbeat and so positive that it made the experience bearable. We appreciate his enthusiasm and love of NYC.
The experience was friendly to all visitors, minimum biking skills required, just be prepared to see the best of Central Park!
A very big thank you to our guide Bryson (retired NYPD officer). He led us with enthusiasm and care through to the park, showed us all the sites and explained the history of the park and its surroundings. We loved his whistle blowing and hand signals and he did a great job not loosing anyone. The bikes were OK but the staff in the bike rental shop need to learn some customer relation skills from Bryson. Thank you again..... top tour, not to be missed.
Excellent way to see Central Park highly recommend
It was a great experience. The 2 hour riding tour went really quick. Dan the tour guide made it super fun. He was very engaging and informative.
It was total organised chaos in the shop to pick up put bike but we soon got out onto the pavement and met up with our guide Dan who was fabulous. I didn't realise just how big central park is so this was a great way to see it and a fun activity. Bikes were in reasonable condition although mine had cigarettes and tissues in the pouch. Could have done with a check before. Our guide Dan took us round stopping frequently. Its not much biking effort you really don't need any level of fitness. We had great weather so thay really helped. Not sure this would be good in the rain but even in the cold with the right clothes could work. I recommend.
