Cancun Jungle Escape: ATV's + Zip Lines + Cenote + Lunch

Description
Leave the hotel zone behind and head into the green side of Cancun for a shared jungle adventure filled with ATVs, zip lines, a hanging bridge, a cavern cenote, and a well-earned local snack. This experience takes travelers to an adventure park, located along the famous Ruta de los Cenotes, where the day is designed to feel active, natural, and easy to enjoy from beginning to end. After pickup from Cancun or nearby available areas, your group will arrive at the park and get ready for the main adventure: riding an ATV through jungle trails, flying across 4 zip lines, crossing a hanging bridge, and cooling off inside a cavern cenote with a jumping platform. Between activities, you can relax in the park’s rest area with chairs and hammocks.

I think I'll move hahaha, it's a paradise within everyone's reach, if you're looking for a beautiful place for your next vacation, Cancun is definitely the right place, recommended.
It is a good tour to get out of the routine and for those who are looking for strong emotions. Personally, I did not enjoy it that much because I was watching my son (14), but everything was very well organized. I think it is better if you go with friends.
This could’ve been a better experience. They had us go zip lining first, the lines were very short but we brushed that off because it wasn’t what was described. Next up were the ATVs, this is where I initially was about it and enjoying it until I realized I didn’t have breaks on my atv. No front or rear breaks. I couldn’t stop. The guide asked me why I didn’t stop as I was coming down in the water and I showed him the breaks weren’t budging. So he checked them and realized neither break worked. The next atv they gave me was one that they were driving and the power steering was off and it kept cutting off every few feet. The cenotes was cool but the lunch was trash. And they served us spoiled pineapple.
Driver got a flat tire on the way to pick us up but that is not anyone's fault. The ride was an hour. When we got there, the workers weren't very welcoming and we sat for 20 minutes waiting for direction. That was when they wanted us to buy everything. Glasses and bandanas for dirt. I feel like goggles should be included. No need for a bandana because the dirt just went in your eyes and it was difficult to see. A kid dislocated his shoulder before we got there and he sat waiting for help at least 30 min while his mother cursed everyone out. No staff knew what to do. Lots of waiting for next zip-line. We were a large group and it was hot and we all stood on rickety stairs waiting. Horseback ride was 5 minutes. We just walked around in a big circle. Just like if you were at a petting zoo. ATV was fun! A lot of people crashed so maybe smaller groupd would be better. Cenote was cool if you aren't afraid of heights. There are stairs to get in if you don't want to jump. No towels, which I didn't know we needed to bring. This wasn't a terrible experience, I just wouldn't do it again or suggest it.
The accompaniment at the activities was great and the guides very helpful. I would definitely re-engage with the agency because they resolved all my doubts.
The people are incredibly warm; from the staff who picks you up to take you to the tour, to the guides who take you to the aventure activities in the jingle. I recommend the agency, they were formal all the time.
Everything was luxurious, from the attention of the agency, the transportation staff, the guides and all the people you meet on the tour. What I loved the most were the buffets, the food is delicious. Recommended.
The package we hired met the expectations I had. The trained guides and everyone who provided us with very attentive services. They strive to provide good service.
My respects to the guides, they have a great time on the tour; They give directions in both English and Spanish and are very fun. I didn't take photos because I didn't take my cell phone and they took photos for me. In the end, the photo package they sell is at a very good price. This tour is the cheapest and most dynamic. Highly recommended.
