Pickup Locations & Times
The terminal where you arrive will depend on the airline you are flying with. Once you have collected your luggage, please make your way to the “Tour Operators” area. There, you’ll be warmly greeted by one of our Mexico Travel Solutions representatives, who will be wearing a white and pink polo shirt with a colorful flower logo on the right side and holding a sign with our company name. To make it easier for you to find us, here’s where our team will be waiting: Terminal 3: Platforms 51 to 54 Terminal 2 Nacional: Platform 53 Terminal Inter 2: In front of the Grab & Go Café Terminal 4: Platforms 50 and 26 When you meet our representative, please present your confirmation voucher or photo ID for verification. We waited like 10 minutes to be picked up from airport to hotel and no wait from hotel to airport. Clean vehicles, air conditioning and really nice drivers

Bryan Cobian assisted us with transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Always attentive and professional, he provided us with the information we needed to make our trip unforgettable, and he helped us with two activities: snorkeling and swimming with dolphins. Very happy with the service and very grateful to Bryan for his attentions.

Stranded at Cancun airport We arrived at Cancun airport and finding the representative was easy. The pre trip communication was excellent. We were directed to the pickup location and our information and itinerary was confirmed. The representative told us the driver for our private transfer from Cancun airport to our resort in Playa del Carmen was en route and would arrive in 5-10 min. We were waiting outside in an uncovered area at 11:00am. The representatives told us repeatedly that it would be 10min. This went on for almost an hour. Finally a supervisor came to talk to me after I told them I was very angry about our situation. He told me honestly that they were very busy and couldn’t give me a time when our driver would arrive. At least someone was being honest about the situation. Ultimately they found a contractor in an old minivan to drive us. Certainly not what was advertised or what we paid for. They could have done that much earlier and saved us the frustration of being lied to. There are few things worse than being stranded and the company you paid not doing anything to fix it. Be cautious when booking with this company. You do want to get stranded in Mexico.

Booked round trip transportation airport to hotel. I was provided with instructions to contact them to confirm pickup from hotel- I made several attempts to reach them by email and phone, as did Orbitz as well as the hotel. No confirmation, so I booked with another company the day prior to our departure, so glad I did or we could’ve missed our flight. Despite two different people from Orbitz attempting to contact them, unsuccessfully, I could not get a one way refund. They told Orbitz they were there to pick us up. They were not. I do not recommended booking round trip with them.

We had a flight change and I attempted to contact Mexico travel solutions by calling them and sending a text message. The total delay was 30 minutes but they were not there to pick us up at the airport so I had to pay $150 for a taxi as our resort was over an hour away. Mexico travel solutions is refusing to supply any refund for my extra expenses. I have used this company in the past and normally they have airport arrival instructions and somebody contacts you through WhatsApp however there was no contact made to me. I booked a private transfer to ensure that I safely arrive, but was stuck at the airport unable to get a hold of anybody with the company and unnerved about having to make a back up plan after a day of travel.

We had arranged for a Shuttle for 15 people from the Cancun Airport to our hotel on April 1, 2026 and return pick up April 4, 2026. Prior to our arrival I received a phone call to go over the itinerary. I was told at that time if I wanted a private 15 passenger van that made no other stops I would have to pay $300.00. I made the payment. When we arrived at the airport, we waited over 45 minutes for a shuttle. The shuttle wasn't what I had ordered. We were separated as a group into two vans. The vans didn't follow each other and I had upset moms and sons in different vans wondering where the other was. I paid for the shuttle to be an easy one. 15 in one van, and this didn't happen. When we were picked up at the hotel on the 4th of April, again, 2 shuttles showed up. Why did I have to pay $300.00 extra to be guaranteed a 15 passenger van for all 15 of us? I am asking for a full refund for the $300.00 as I didn't get what I paid for.

Everything was great, the trip was for my mother's 90th birthday we had an amazing time, the staff Ivan Telles from MTS recommended swimming with dolphins on my mommy's birthday, we had a wonderful time she was happy

Manuel De Jesus Uc Sarabia-TERRIBLE **No reserves con ellos, te robarán tu dinero** Hice una reserva con un proveedor externo que proporcionó a MTS mi información correcta de reserva y MTS me llamó para obtener una actualización, por supuesto, para ganar más dinero para los turistas, pero MTS por cualquier motivo cambió el nombre de mi hotel para que puedan robar mi dinero y no proporcionar mi servicio actualizado. Now when it was time for me to leave my resort to catch my flight of course I had no TRANSPORTATION when I called to find out where my transport was I was told it was at another resort and was asked if I changed resorts (of course I didn't) so of course I had to find other last minute transportation. Now that I have been able to speak to my "agent" I'm being told its my fault and they not giving me a REFUND for a SERVICE they DIDN'T provide. Mind you they dropped me off at my CORRECT RESORT WHEN I ARRIVED
