Driver was prompt. Trip to Holbox ferry terminal was safe and efficient. Driver spoke very little English. A bit difficult to know how to find driver at the airport in Cancun but all worked out well.

I have to say that we had the most amazing experience with the Holbox Adventure company. Getting to Holbox Island from Cancun Airport is not easy, but our experience was seamless, worry free and most pleasant. After arriving at Cancun Airport, our dedicated guide met us at the airport, took us to our own comfortable, air conditioned shuttle, handed the tickets for the ferry from Chiquila to Holbox, where we were met by another agent, who took us to our hotel. The return experience was exactly the same. Book with Holbox Adventire and you will be in heaven how easy it is!

There were some problems, I received a WhatsApp that they would come to the hotel at 1:00 p.m. and at 9:00 a.m. I received one that said: we are here! Both from the same company. When they arrived at the port, they did not have in their order the issuance of ferry and taxi tickets to the hotel. The driver, extremely kind, asked to wait a few minutes, since he said that this has happened before. Finally he gave us the tickets and they were waiting to take us to the hotel. I think something is wrong with the information on the page or there is another type of error. On the page, I hired the option transfer in-out, ferry in-out and taxi in-out, but the driver only saw the cancun-holbox-cancun option. The vehicle was very comfortable and the driver was very careful when driving or overtaking a vehicle.
This company is nothing but great! We did 3 transportations with them and all of them were perfect. On time, polite, clean cars. If you need transportation in Mexico just booked them!
