The transport never showed up to pick us up. I called Viator prior to my travel date to confirm a pickup and they guaranteed me that they would be there to transport us from the airport to our destination more than an hour away. We had to end up paying more money on top of the Viator fee. I called Viator and they told me they wouldn’t be making the pickup and that I would need to find alternative transportation. I requested a refund for their no show!
Our driver was very respectful to our party. We felt safe during the transfer to our resort. We needed a 3:30 am pick up. They were there, ahead of schedule.
