I had booked this service for 3 people from the new Sphinx Airport to our hotel. However, they sent a small saloon car which wouldn't fit our bags, and we had to put some of them at the back with us which was not comfortable.
We apologize for the error. We were not informed that you had a large number of bags. While it's normal for three people to fit in one sedan, all the bags were large, and you should have informed us beforehand, especially since we contacted you previously and you didn't mention it. Furthermore, given that it's one of the largest sedans, how could it not fit three people with their luggage? We apologize again and hope you will be satisfied with our service next time. Thank you.

We had an amazing experience in Egypt, thanks to our wonderful tour guide and driver, Mohamed. He is incredibly respectful, kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Mohamed treated us like family, and we truly felt at home and safe during our entire stay. He drove us everywhere we needed to go, all the way until our last day when he took us to the airport.
