Cairo Sightseeing Highlights Tour Visiting Egyptian Museum Citadel with Mohamed Ali Mosque and khan khalili Bazaar

We had another wonderful experience with Jakada Tours! Our guide, Mina, took us on a memorable journey through one of Egypt’s oldest markets, where we enjoyed authentic Egyptian tea and traditional live music. After that, we had the opportunity to visit the Citadel and the Hanging Church. Mina shared fascinating details about each place and patiently answered all of our questions. Each tour day was thoughtfully planned and moved at a pace that suited us perfectly. We never felt rushed or tied to a strict schedule. Everything flowed naturally, and Mina made sure we felt comfortable asking questions. He also gave us time at each stop to explore on our own, which we really appreciated. Site seeing in the old Islamic Cairo was absolutely amazing… the food and culture in Cairo is not only interesting but breathtaking. Muhammad our tour guide and our driver where exceptional in making sure we knew all the history, as well as insured the safety of my son and i throughout the streets of Cairo. The Grand Egyptian museum was breathtaking as well as so educational, Muhammad showed his expertise in the knowledge of his country by effortlessly answering any questions I had the entire time. I will definitely love to visit again with him as my guide.

Day two with Mohamed and Sayde they were amazing again today and very knowledgeable about the culture and history of Egypt. As Mohamed has a degree in Egyptology. They went above and beyond to make sure he had everything we needed and were well taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone coming to Egypt and looking for a truly authentic Experience!

Had a great day touring Cairo and the Egyptian museum with Majamed. He’s a very knowledgeable man and took time to explain the area and what we were seeing in Cairo and at the museum. The driver Sayed, even went out of his way to make sure I got a few last minute gifts for my dad, uncle. I loved the tahin hummus that Majamed introduced me to that he got me some as a gift to take home. They are both amazing people. So much so that invited myself to Majamed’s wedding (and he accepted). If you find yourself in Egypt, and I hope you do, please ask for Majamed and Sayed.

We were picked up from the hotel and went straight to Mohamed Ali Mosque. Car had air conditioning and we arrived very quick. The Mosque is a must see and the view to the city is amazing. We had enough time to take many pictures. The visit to the museum is magnificent and our Guide Mohamed explained us everything in details. After enjoying a Mango drink we were taken to a beautiful restaurant where we had a delicious buffet. Everything was delicious fresh and not expensive at all. We felt safe and we really enjoyed the day with our tourist guide. I would realy recommend them.

Touring the museum and visiting the old city with Mina was so eye opening and informative. He is WELL versed in Egyptian history. This felt like friends discussing history instead of a guided tour. lunch was spectacular, and the only thing I had to do was show up. Already planning my next trip to Egypt to tour and learn much more.
