Driver was friendly and fulfilled everything listed on the tour, however the tour company provided specific places to take me, and when I didn’t find anything specific at those places they wanted to know why. I felt somewhat uncomfortable asking to go somewhere else, and would have preferred to have a list of options to choose from instead of specific places being forced on me. I would have preferred to spend more time in the market, but the driver had specific places we had to check off first. If booking this tour, make sure you are satisfied with the choices made for you. I believe my guide/driver was excellent, it just wasn’t exactly what I hoped for. Guide went above and beyond when it looked like some personalized items would not be done in time being willing to go back after, pick them up and deliver to my hotel. Ultimately I was very happy. I also really appreciated how flexible the tour company was with me changing times and making changes. I would absolutely recommend this tour and company. Also, the company worked with me to arrange a very specific private tour for some of my family and they were very pleased as well. Excellent company.

We went to all Shops. Original Items and Very Nice Stuff. They’re so flexible with Prices. Essential Oils Shop was Fabulous, Papyrus Museum is Great. We learned a lot from them . Thanks so Much we will come back . Highly recommended.
Our guide was very knowledgeable. He spoke great English and gave us a lot of information. He was so considerate and thoughtful making sure we had water to drink and a snack to eat. The tour was awesome and we ended up purchasing something at almost every place.

This is THE best shopping Shops I've ever visited. . Original items and honest People. . We Visited Papyrus museum which was very Fabolous explained everything about the oldest paper and we took a Nice Video . . Then we went to Bedouin family house Profumery place Essential oils we got some. BEST PRICE & Lunch Koshary we had also During the tour we loved it . . Overall very Nice places we recommend everyone to BOOK This Tour . Excellent 👌 The trip was amazing and he took care of everything. We have completed our shopping trip in 1,5 hour. The places we were taken were really sad. The perfume place overpriced, oils kept under the light in the transparent jars, that would affect their quality, teas are kept in open boxes (I cannot imagine how much dust must be deposited there over the time). The papyrus shop was very basic and cotton shop had no cotton items there, just you basic overpriced poor quality items that you can get on the market. The only good thing we had was the koshari and a safe drive back to the hotel. We did ask if we can be taken to Khan Kalil or Husaini market instead as we had 5 more hours to our disposal, but we were politely declined and we came back to our hotel empty handed. Instead of promised 7 hours we got 2 and no presents to take back home. So cannot recommend this experience if you are looking to buy good quality items.
