He is very knowledgeable and spent 2.5 hours at the museum. I really wanted 3.5 hrs. He was on his phone often. The Coptic Churches we spent under an hour. Then a fast lunch. I was home by 1:30. He did not earn his pay, and I will never take an Ancient Egypt tour again. I am planning to return once the new museum is open and has been shaken down. I did not get what I paid for.
Hi Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Pick up time was 8:00am and drop off was 2:30pm. The attractions visits took the regular time. usually the Egyptian museum visit is about 2.5 hours and old Cairo is about 1.5 hour. The hotel you stayed at is very close to the museum and Saturday was a holiday, traffic was not as busy as usual that's why the trip took a little less time. We always do our best to offer the best service and we do all what we're paid for. We hope you enjoy your tour to the new museum when it's open.
