Absolutely terrifying experience. The driver was driving aggressively the entire journey, speeding, braking suddenly for no apparent reason, and shouting profanity at other drivers. At several moments, it genuinely felt unsafe to be on the bus. Instead of providing a calm and professional service, the whole ride was stressful and chaotic. I would never choose this company again and cannot recommend it to anyone. If you value your safety and peace of mind, avoid this service and choose a different airport transfer.
It would’ve been helpful to know that the bus terminal was at the very end by number 16 and that there were two different Busses one went to the Vatican and One went to the terminal And that they ran at certain times We had to take a bus to the train station because the Vatican was an hour and a half later

Everything was great, the booking was clear and straightforward, Confirmation with QR code came promptly. Stops were easy to find and well marked. The transfer itself was pleasant and on time!

fantastic! so simple to book online, find the bus stop at both T£, Rome airport and the Vatican. And it's only €6! The guys getting you on the bus are so helpful, and it ran on time to the minute both strarting and arriving. It is not often I give such a rave review - shame other transport companies cannot do the same! Will defo use again next time in Rome

Very reliable service: very punctual bus , flexibility with respect to schedules (as I missed the bus at the time I booked, I was able to board the next one ). Departure from via Crescenzio is very convenient
