Your Royal experience begins in St James Square at our designated meeting point where you'll meet your guide and start of your walking tour of London's Royal monuments. Set off on a walking tour of London's royal landmarks while your guide shares history-packed commentary, shedding light on the illustrious reign of the British monarchy. Pause at St. James’ Palace, hosting iconic royals like Princess Diana and Anne Boleyn. Continue into St. James’ Park, a green haven once housing the Royal Zoo. Walk along The Mall, designed as a colossal red carpet leading to Buckingham Palace, and catch a glimpse of Clarence House, the residence of Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall.
The palace waiting for you at the end of the Mall is what you came to see. Your guide will lead you to the correct entrance and verify your entry tickets, so you don’t have to worry about getting inside. Since no tour guides are allowed inside Buckingham Palace, they’ll make sure you’re set with your audio guide and bid you farewell. It was a great overview of the towers
The tour guide, forgot her name, was really nice and good at engaging us when sharing history! We didn't get to see the changing of the guard but they do tell us upfront that it's not guaranteed so I was prepared to miss it :( This was very informational and not too much walking; great tour! If you're looking to learn facts about royal history that is not common knowledge and get a ticket to the Palace, this is the tour for you! Thank you!
The guide was awesome! She had a way of portraying how things were historically with her dramatic voice. So interesting to hear of the history around Buckingham Palace.

One of the most elaborate and ostentatious palaces in the world. Huge crowds, everyone bustling to get a view and the tour path comes to a dead end a few times, so then the crowd is trying to go both ways where there's really not much room to pass each other. We were made to wait in a large space before our scheduled booking time, but then other tourists for later times were allowed to just go straight in ahead of us, so everyone just moved in. The organisation at the entrance is chaotic, the times are not adhered to and it's a bit of a free-for-all. Once inside the staff at the audio desk and others are quite helpful. No photos allowed inside, but the souvenir brochures are reasonably priced. The walk to the exit is quite long. A few stairs and you'll need comfortable walking shoes

We agree that the Palace is one of the most elaborate in the world, full of "Bling bling bling," but we are sorry to hear that the experience was negatively impacted by the huge crowds and the feeling that the tour path came to a dead end, causing uncomfortable congestion. This is definitely not the smooth experience we want our travelers to have. This is often due to the palace’s required route and the sheer volume of visitors during certain times of the year. We have brought your specific comments about the flow and crowding to our London Operations Manager to review if there are better staging areas or timing strategies we can employ to mitigate the congestion along the fixed route inside the palace. Thank you for letting us know. We're committed to improving the flow of all our experiences.
