Great way to see the Christmas lights. Yes it’s busy but it’s Christmas. Comfortable bus and guide went out of his way to take pictures and give information.
Very knowledgeable tour guide. Sebastian was very patient and flexible with such a big group. He kind enough to contact people who were missing at the end of tour. The streets were pretty busy with people. It was an awesome tour to take
We had a wonderful time. The lights were amazing and made the whole night so festive! Our tour guide was super nice and made the trip great.
Be ready with you camera's. There are some many houses with lights. There are even vendors along the way selling snacks.
Millie was very professional and informative. Daniel drove us safely and on time to all the destinations.
Nice easy tour to do in early evening with kids ages 6-12. Very colorful. Dress warm. Had a great time!
We went with the family with kids. It is a very enjoyable and entertaining tour with Sebastian's stories and explanations. The guide was very attentive that the group did not get lost. Very nice Dycker Heights and stop at DUMBO for photos. I definitely recommend it.
Excellent tour! Dyker Heights was worth the money. Steve was very informative & a great tour guide. Would highly recommend
Perfect tour. Carefully timed, great guide and even nice music on the bus. Small group made it more enjoyable.
No good , there is no sight to identify the meeting area . There was nobody in the area to ask , about the meeting point . Instructions to get the tour to complicated. We went to the meeting point in front of the hotel and there was no body to ask . There was a bus with other route in front of the hotel . The temperature was 17*F we waits for half an hour , left the area . One hour later someone call and ask if we will show up. Imposible for us to go back . By the way it was the three of us mother wife and my self .
Thank you for your feedback. The tour operated as scheduled and welcomed over 90 passengers that day at the same clearly stated meeting point. All booking confirmations include detailed instructions, a map link, and on-site coordination. Our team waited beyond the scheduled departure time, and you were unfortunately recorded as a no-show. We later attempted to contact you, but by then the tour had already departed. We respectfully disagree that the pickup process is unclear, as it operates smoothly every day for a large number of guests.
