I am writing this review as a last resort to try and make contact with someone who is not an AI about a ticket amendment. I am due to fly tomorrow and i360 contacted me on Monday to amend my flight time this week due to the heat. They requested I contact them to re book. I have been trying various phone numbers, spoken to an AI called Lucy and sent emails - all with no response or acknowledgement. I am not sure whether anyone has received any of my messages. There is also nothing on the website to offer support to affected customers. Other than going down there in person ( I live in Brighton) I have no idea how to make contact with this company. I just want to know how I can rebook, what the conditions are on the pod (will there be air con) and if I can get a refund due to their requested to change my booking. If anyone from i360 sees this please contact me. I have family visiting for the day and this was going to be our day out.
Is was a bit cloudy unfortunately but a nice little half hour experience. The pod was virtually empty so plenty of space for a 2yr old to enjoy
Having booked in advance and been told to report 20 minutes ahead of time, I bust the gut to do exactly that, only to be told by a pretty unhelpful black-clad security guy that my booking was cancelled. Why? Because you are the only one booked. We have transferred you to the 6.30 one. At the ticket office, the story was completely different. The pod temperature is too high, it's nearly 40 degrees inside. Admittedly, it was the start of what the French call the canicule, the heatwave that hit Europe in the latter part of June. But I stuck to my guns, after all, I had a confirmed booking, so that was that. So I travelled as the sole paying passenger to the top, 138 metres. Quite a view but I didn't think worth the £16.50 I had paid as a senior citizens. It was odd to me that the air conditioning is clearly inadequate as a number of quite poorly installed portable units were clearly inadequate for really hot days. In addition, they play very loud and horribly bossy music which I cannot believe is either necessary or appropriate. I also spotted quite a few cracked and broken glass panels on the pod roof and was left wondering if the low passenger numbers I spotted on the previous and post trips to mine are typical and whether the attraction is actually making any money at all? Anyway it is expensive for what it is and I don't have it down as something you must do in the area.
Perfect weather made for a lovely view.
The weather was dangerous & one of our family was poorly to do this sort of activity we rang on 4 occasions to try to bring the time of booking forward or cancel and you just get a robot on the phone not able to speak to an actual person. We haven’t been contacted by anyone to get a refund or at the very least a credit note. Not happy!
It was worthwhile. Lovely views from the top. We went on a sunny day and it was quite hot in the bubble.
Easy to get into the area. A few tables a little bar up too whilst you wait. Friendly staff. We had a guide book with our ticket but there wasn’t any one board. Has to pick it up afterwards. Great few of Brighton from the donut. Smooth ascent and descent. Great picture opportunities. Bar lovely. Shame no air con and it was like a sauna. Something different to try
Great experience, hosts were fab, they took some lovely photos of us. Views were amazing, cocktails were delicious too. Definitely worth doing. 20 people ish on at same time as us so plenty of space to move around and look
Thursday 28 may 2026. Afternoon the lady at the tickets office, she was super and the security guy were so friendly and helpful
DO NOT PRE-BOOK You don’t know how busy it’s going to be. Have a look and see if it is busy or not. You may save a quid but not worth it if like us you are pre-booked with a large group of kids who sat blocking every view . Paying this much you deserve to see the views so look at how many are travelling in advance before paying a quid extra and seeing the views. Should add staff were lovely though
