I have tried to email you to request a refund as the trip was cancelled at 3pm due to the air conditioning not working on the I 360. I tried to get the refund at the venue but was told I need to contact Viator directly. I am having trouble finding any contact details for you So am going vie this route. We are unable to go at another time as we are not in Brighton. Could the refund please be arranged for £41 paid?
Brilliant experience. If you're in Brighton you can't not do this! The view from the top was beautiful.
It’s really good Views are spectacular Doesn’t feel as high as you are, Went in the evening sunset was great
Was a great day out will defiantly go back withes i360 was a bit longer than it was
We had such a great time! The views were absolutely incredible, and enjoying it with a glass of champagne made it truly wonderful. It wasn't very crowded, so the bartender had time to chat with us. He told us all kinds of cool stories about Brighton, the castle, and even DJ Fatboy Slim who lives nearby! It’s not cheap, but it was a mega fun experience and totally worth it!
Amazing experience. Me and my family enjoyed alot. The staff was really friendly and they helped us.
Really disappointing and it’s over priced. It was hot and uncomfortable as there isn’t sufficient air conditioning and there’s horrible loud piped music continually playing . It was only switched off at the top so a staff member could give us a bit of information but it was difficult to hear what she was saying. Although the views were excellent I don’t recommend the i360.
Good slow climb, and decent. Would hardly know your climbing. For those nervous people plenty of room to move to the centre with views all around, but not of the ground. Bar if you require a quick drink. Good quide to the surrounding area.
Two stars as the views are amazing, however there were no information boards to show us the landmarks. No commentary either. It was just ride up and down. Staff were rude. We were told we were there on the wrong day. Personally I feel the experience could be improved.
Before the trip, we were told to buy around £15 worth of squid bait from a local shop. However, only one box of squid was used between the entire group, which felt very misleading and unnecessary. It seemed like we were encouraged to spend money on bait that wasn't actually needed. Unfortunately, the owners also came across as quite grumpy and weren't engaging or interested in making conversation, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. The hygiene standards were also disappointing. There was no water in the toilet for washing hands, and after handling fish, there was only a single cloth for everyone on board to wipe their hands with. This didn't feel clean or appropriate. Overall, the fishing itself was enjoyable, but the lack of basic facilities, poor communication about the bait, and the unfriendly attitude of the owners meant the experience didn't live up to our expectations
