VALENTINA GIOVANETTI was an amazing guide and everything exceeded my expectations! Definetly recommend!!
Roberta what a fantastic guide. Very well informed about the topics and knowledgeable. The trip was very informative and the food was amazing. Very interesting to learn about the local products in Moderna.
This was such a wonderful experience and our guide Roberta was so kind and lovely. We started the day and watched the cheese making process at a family owned Parmigiano factory and samples some delicious 12 and 24 month Parmesan. Then we went to a family run balsamic factory and were greeted by the owner who explained the process and shared samples with us. Then it was on to the Lambrusco winery and we were taken into and shown the process and had a wine tasting. After was lunch at an authentic family run trattoria. The food and hospitality at each stop was FIVE Stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and will remember forever.
Highly recommend this tour! Learned a lot about the region and its specialty products. Got more than enough tastings at each stop and truly enjoyed the four course lunch at the end. Matteo and Mauricio the dynamic duo! They were excellent and accommodating, definitely made the tour fun! Thank you for an amazing time!
We very much enjoyed this small-group food tour with our guide Stefania. She was knowledgeable and passionate about the stops and the foods and drinks we tried. Our stops included a parmesean cheese producer, a Balsamic vinegar producer, a winery, and a delicious multi-course lunch at a trattoria. The only problem we had was with our reservation: the date we originally booked got cancelled, and when we tried to contact the company to select another date, none of the contact information for the tour company worked. Ultimately, Viator (who we didn’t use to make the booking) came through and was able to re-book us for the next available date. Overall, we enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it. Plan to bring an extra shopping bag for all the goodies you can purchase at several of the stops--you'll need it!
Great tours, great people, amaIng food, amazing tour guide and driver!!!!! Well worth the money!!!
