Bacalar is a small town south of Tulum, this magical town keeps its vivid vegetation by reserving its captivating jungles inhabited by creatures such as Howling monkeys, Tapirs and Jaguars, a great location to snap some pictures of rare wild creatures. We will start the tour by picking you up at your hotel and stopping for a regional breakfast on the way to Bacalar Arriving at Bacalar we'll have a visit at the gorgeous Cenote Azul to swim and refresh, our guides will take you on to a boat ride to visit some of the nature beauties. At the Bacalar Lagoon we will have some free time to swim or to relax at the shore We'll have a ride around town to have a panoramic view of the San Felipe Fort on our way to the restaurant for the delicious meal We'll take care of you from start to finish, breakfast, lunch, boat ride and the cenote visit, this tour has it all!

Bacalar a beautiful Magic Town that stands out for the beauty of its natural attractions, it is the perfect place for lovers of nature, it has all the tranquility and you will relax in the lagoon as well as being full of history, you will know the heritage and culture.
The Bacalar lagoon, you will know Xul Ha lagoon has connected to Bacalar, different shades of blue can be distinguished among its waters, due to the different depths of it, within the lagoon there are three different cenotes, whose waters overflowed and constituting a single lagoon, its shape is narrow and long, being 34.1 miles long and only 2.1 miles at its widest point.

It is a long trip from Playa del Carmen (around 4 hours each way from Playa and even longer if you go from Cancun). We left at 6:30am and got back around 8pm. It was well organised and communication was good. We didn’t get breakfast until around 10:30am when we arrived at the cenote so bring a snack if you want something to eat a bit earlier. Lunch was around 4:30pm. We had good weather and sunshine so we could appreciate the colours of the lagoon. It was a nice outing and a lovely location to explore.
The road to Bacalar is indeed long but well worth the wait We are happy that you got to enjoy the lagoon and the cenotes There is still plenty more to explore, we hope to see you again for your next adventure
