it was canceled and no one told us nothing. we were really excited to see the whole city and we got to meeting point and they told us it was canceled
It was nice that we had a smaller group. It made it easier to get around and be able to hear our guide more easily. Anna our tour guide was VERY knowledgeable and her English was very easy to understand. She spoke loud enough I didn't have to stand super close to her to hear her which was nice. Also she makes the information she gives enjoyable. History stuff doesn't really excite me but her enthusiasm makes it easier to comprehend.
Claudia was a very informative guide and showed us many great spots around Berlin. Her knowledge of the war period was especially incredible. I would highly recommend this tour.
Claudia our guide was very generous in information. She is passionated of Berlin history and know a lot. We appreciated her a lot.
We had one day in Berlin to see the sites so booked this tour for four at 12.00pm, the guide didn’t turn up, no communication from him, the helpline tried to contact him to no avail, no apologies! so disappointing. I have requested a refund.
Would be negative if I could. No show on tour guide. No answer by phone or chat with tour operator. Arrived 10 mins before tour. Waited until 15-20 mins after start time. Luckily availability later in day through another company and was excellent,
Excellent tour, especially our guide (from California!). Definitely take this tour, he knows his stuff, humorous, friendly and patient. I apologize for not tipping as we were pickpocketed in Amsterdam and still hadn't gotten access to cash. Great tour!
Had a great tour with Samuel. He was knowledgeable and friendly.
Our guide Roshanna met us at the meeting point which was easy enough to find and from the start she generously shared information and facts. We walked and talked and interacted easily. It was a small group and we covered a lot of ground. We were never hurried, And we went to extra places and went well over our allotted 3 hours. By days end we were spent because we went to all the other recommendations provided by Roshanna. Tip book in to the d pm me and see the view from the top!
We learned a lot about the history of Berlin. The guide was knowledgeable and she allowed members to pace themselves during the walk.
