The 10.30am and 2.00pm tours will see at the Bluecoat. After an introduction to your tour, you will start to make your way towards the area of the city for every entwined in the Beatles story.

The area around Whitechapel is routed in The Beatles story. You will see Hessy's the famous music shop that has launched a thousand bands and visit locations that are forever placed in the Fab Four history.
Your first stop the Eleanor Rigby statue. A great photo opportunity, as you hear about her famous musical creator and her Liverpool connection.
As you walk towards Mathew Street - home of the Cavern Club, you will be truly walking along a musical memory lane. Mathew Street is one of the most famous streets in the world, and is synonymous with the Cavern Club and The Beatles. You will have chance to have your photo taken in front of the Cavern Club and see all the links along the street and the area to The Beatles story.

Hard Days Night Hotel

As walk towards the Town Hall you will hear about its role in the music history of Liverpool. Close by you will see a monument to Nelson which is now over 200 years old.
Passing by The Hard Days Night Hotel. you will visit Derby Square, built on the original site of Liverpool Castle. Here you will have chance to take some photos in front of the imposing statue of Queen Victoria, which is also the setting for a famous photo of The Beatles.
As you walk along the dock area, you will be able to take photos of the iconic buildings that frame this part of the waterfront including the Cunard Building, the Royal Liver Building, and of course get a selfie with The Beatles as they look across the Mersey. On occasion due to events taking place on the Waterfront- access to the Andy Edwards Beatle Statue on the Waterfront maybe limited. On these occasions we stop by The Beatles Statue by John Doubleday in the Cavern Walks.

Information and fun walking tour where you learn so much about the Beatles and their connection to Liverpool. Our guide (I think his name is Robert) this morning was excellent. He clearly knew the history of both the Beatles and the city of Liverpool in depth. We got more than our money’s worth. I love walking tours and love it when the guide knows their subject matter so well that they can answer any question. It was a full two hours but the pace was good and no one had trouble keeping up.

We did this tour this morning with Phil. He was knowledgeable with lots of hidden interesting information. Phil was engaging, great sense of humor, and was interesting in us enjoying our time. Takes about 2 1/2 hours and is faily easy walking. There is one place that is up hill. I would highly recommend this tour.
