Great tour, highly recommended

Took the stadium tour and museum visit this week. On entry you receive a tablet and earbuds (with liver bird on it) so that you can hear information from certain stages around the tour. As I wear hearing aids I couldn’t use the wee inner earbuds so was given headphones. Sadly still couldn’t hear the information so handed back the tablet and had to miss all the additional information. I did contact support after the tour with suggestions regarding a download for the deaf or QR code so that we can hear the info direct to our hearing aids by Bluetooth which they claim will be taken on board. The tour took us to level 6 with mid stand views of stadium then down to away & home changing rooms, board room, players lounge, interview areas and finally out the tunnel (after touching the badge) and into the dugouts. The pitch was getting new grass so limited to where we could stand. The tour used escalators rather than stairs to climb the stadium which was a bonus as I have mobility issues and there was a lift also, very accessible. Museum was great, lots of interesting stuff. Overall it was a visual delight for myself, just a shame I couldn’t hear everything that everybody else did. The stadium is well laid out, very clean, accessible but a little more inclusion for sensory disabilities would be a bonus.

Amazing tour

My family and I recently completed the LFC Walk on the Pitch and Stadium Tour. It was a really enjoyable experience and I would like to thank John G and Harry for their knowledge and professionalism. They also had a lot of patience with my young son who had so many questions. All the staff we encountered were helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend.

good access

A very good tour that allows you to go at your own pace and spend as long as you like ....good access to the stadium and areas around the pitch... Negatives - not enough toilets and when did find one it was filthy and virtually no food and drink services at all in the stadium ......seemed to be a massive oversight on the design .

Must do in Liverpool regardless what team you support

Having been a Liverpool fan for 50 + years, this was a must for me! We booked on the 10am tour but were early so walked around outside. There is so much to see even there - statues, tributes, the garden of remembrance etc. Whilst wandering, a local gave us directions to the Diogo Jota mural which is a beautiful tribute. We did the tour with Kevin & Harry. You can tell that Kevin is a true red by the passion respect in his voice whilst doing the tour but a lot of humour as well. It was amazing to see the dressing rooms & walk down the tunnel towards the pitch - my husband's favourite part of the tour 😊 All the staff we met at LFC that day including at the shop were a tribute to the team and it's ethos as they were all friendly, welcoming & helpful. Thank you from a very grateful Scottish couple - YNWA❤

Fantastic tour

Mark and Alan were our tour guides, and I have to say Mark was absolutely brilliant, he is passionate about his job and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour...Mark made it extra special and got the tour to sing happy birthday to my twins who were 10!
