Bring a fan and water or hydration packet. The climb is worth it but is taxing on an elderly person or someone with breathing issues. The Batix print shop was great. Driver was caring and attentive. Bring your own water for the car.
Sithar was great. You get driven around to do adventure on your own. But you have a guide to ask questions and take photos.
The description of this tour stated that it was a guided tour by the driver. However our experience was not that. The driver was rude, abrasive and did not give us any guided tour. He barely spoke to us and merely dropped us off and picked us up from different locations. He never accompanied us to any of the sites nor gave any information on the sites. We were left on our own to figure out how to navigate each area. We basically based for an overpriced driver for 4 hours. When I contacted the company on WhatsApp the man speaking to me was even more rude, dismissive and arrogant. Also note that this companies records the audio and video of passengers in the car WITHOUT their consent. I would absolutely advise against this scam of a “tour”.
Sithar was a very attentive and friendly person who showed us the most important things in the city. However, he did not just drive us from point A to point B, but also provided exciting and interesting information about the area during the ride.
Saraji was very professional, knowledgeable, and communicated well throughout our trip. I highly recommend booking him if you're in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you, Saraji.
Fantastic visit to the Batu caves and cultural places of the city. Steeve was very professional and very knowledgeable of the history of KL

Excellent trip my guide for the afternoon was very helpful. As I had been to the Batu caves the day before I managed with his help to swap the trip around for the Genting Highlands., and went to the Chinese Temple.
