I had an amazing time with H & the Extreme Adventuring team! All of the activities were super fun. The day was very organized & service was great. My fav part was swimming and zip lining ! Will book again!
It was a great experience and explore myself. The staffs were very engaging especially Nachoo he look like Machete and Ronaldinho
So I’ve been travelling solo for a bit and done the usual stuff, but fancied something a bit more proper intense. This tour looked like a good shout—not too mental, but still exciting. The activities aren’t dangerous or nothing, and the staff are dead sound, they really keep an eye on you. One thing I thought was sound—they don’t let you use your phone to film, which tbh is a good rule cos you can’t be driving an ATV and recording at the same time. Even if you don’t stack it yourself, someone else in the group could easily cause a crash involving you. My guide was a bloke called Osmar—proper serious but always polite, which I quite liked tbh. When we got there I noticed they’d won a few awards so I’ll defo be coming back next year to see if anything’s changed.
What a great experience! Marlo our tour guide was very sweet and funny. Definitely ur money worth
Pretty good bang for your buck, you get around 20 minutes for each thing. The tequila tasting was very informative and fun. The cenote was by far my favorite part of the excursion, wish it was a bit longer. There are three zip lines, and although it goes by quick, it’s super fun. My tour guide was Alan, he was a nice guy. At the end of the excursions, you get two small tacos (fish, pork, or veggies) and there was a fire show. You aren’t allowed to bring your phone on the atv or zip lining but there’s someone who takes pictures that you can pay for.
Bad experience. I’ve been to Mexico three times and made several excursions, but this one was undoubtedly the worst of all. From the beginning we felt that the goal was to try to sell us everything and something else. Upon arrival, we were told that it was mandatory to buy water shoes because it was not allowed to enter the cenote barefoot or with shoes. When we arrived at the cenote, we saw several people barefoot and in shoes, without any problem. We were also informed that we were not allowed to carry mobile phones for the activity. Later we realized that many people had taken their phones normally. We feel deceived several times throughout the day. The activity is sold as a 4-bike experience, but in reality we walked about 10 minutes on low-quality bikes. They also announce that two people can ride the same bike, but the bikes are too small for that. The rules seemed to change according to the convenience of the organization and were not the same for everyone. We spent most of the time in the tiroles, when the main reason why we chose this tour was precisely the bike 4 experience. The cenote was also a big disappointment: small, little cared for and with the water pretty dirty. At the end of the activity we were still taken to a restaurant, where we had to wait about an hour for the transport back to the hotel. There was a feeling that this stop only served to encourage customers to spend more money on food and drinks. Worst of all was the attitude of our guide, Humberto. After the motorcycle activity, I asked for a place to clean the mud and the answer was extremely rude. He told me there were no showers and that if he wanted to take a bath, he would go to my country. An unacceptable attitude for someone who works with tourists. I do not recommend this tour nor 1%. It was a waste of time and money. There are many fantastic experiences in Mexico, but this is not one of them. Avoid.
The concept of the experience was fantastic, but the time allocated for each activity was a major letdown. Even though the snorkeling was canceled due to inclement weather, which should have provided more time for other activities, it felt rushed. I traveled with a group and was offered an upgrade for our group for an additional fee. This upgrade included the cenote to ourselves and lunch. However, each activity felt more like a rushed photo session. When I checked the timestamps of the photos they sold to us, each activity only lasted about 20 minutes. The ATVs were for one person, but they assigned two adults on each. All the ladies were practically sitting on the metal rack and burning their legs with the heat of the motor. I was eagerly anticipating the time at the cenote, but most of us were only able to jump one time before we were called for lunch. Then, they didn’t allow us to jump one last time. It was a very disappointing experience. The tequila tasting session felt longer. I reached out to customer service, they were initially responsive and were going to look into it. However, then they completely ignored us. I must admit that being with family and friends made the experience worthwhile, and the pictures were nice. However, as a tourist on vacation, you can easily be tricked into leaving your money there due to the constant rushing from one activity to the next. They know that it’s good business for them, but a really good business is one that benefits both sides, not just one.
