Hey, you absolutely have to try driving your ATV through the challenging trails in a caravan of vehicles. The jungle will surround you with stunning landscapes, and you'll feel the speed on every stretch. Then, you'll have the chance to hop on a Jet Boat (available at the option ATV + Jetboat) and race through the waters at full speed. It's going to be an experience filled with action, fun, and unforgettable landscapes. A box lunch and the transportation are included

Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.

- Avoid participating in the activity if you have heart problems, epilepsy, asthma, medical restrictions, recent wounds, surgeries, or injuries less than six months old

What a fantastic place we arrived from the pick up from our hotel around 8.45 and the park was already busy so its good to get there early.There is plenty of activities to choose from for all ages. We chose to do the Paraxchute adrenalina and the Seatrek.The Adrenalina was so good and the crew on the boat were really great and made it for me.The lunch was excellent and a great choice and all really tasty. There was plenty to see and walking around the place was nice and plenty of good photo opportunities. The show was good but was a bit long.A bit chaotic leaving the place but was all ok eventually i would highly recommend as a 1 off dayout.

I don't recommend this park. I paid a very high price for the dolphin experience and when I got there, I found out that there were different types of bracelets — for the dolphin to pick you up, for example, you had to pay another $25. The photo package was absurdly expensive: a single photo cost $50. In addition, the ticket included only lunch and very few attractions were actually available. I walked a lot and still had to pay a 100 pesos bail to use the closet, even though it was included in the ticket. There are no scattered drinkers, just a few points to fill your own bottle. The snacks are also very expensive — I paid 90 pesos for a simple potato bag. The orientation inside the park is very confusing. Positive point, there are many beautiful animals around the park, birds, turtles, fish, monkeys etc... The spectacle is, in fact, beautiful, but after a whole day walking without rest, it becomes extremely tiring. I left exhausted. If you are coming to Cancún, I highly recommend the Xel-Há and Xplor parks.

In addition to being a service provided by a third party, and also their rates are also subject to their own policies. On the other hand, it's noteworthy that the prices of our different products, such as beers, bottled water, snacks, souvenirs, and any other item that you find at Xcaret, are in a price range equal to many other locations and areas focused mostly on the tourism sector. We are truly sorry to hear that your visit to our eco-park wasn't the best due to the different factor you described. We would like to share with you that we are constantly working on innovating and improving all of our services in order to provide unique and unforgettable experiences to all our visitors. Spectacular ... the only thing to improve are the places that are assigned to you courtesy when you do the wine tasting, they are not good places, you better arrive earlier and acquire better places than those! Outside of that is e s p e c t a c u l a r
